This was our home base whilst we explored Amsterdam and Haarlem. Wonderful staff, warm and clean rooms, great bar within the hotel’s own bowling alley - was nice to have a drink and snack although they have nice restaurants on site we were out touring most days. Easy 10 mins walk to Sparnwoude station - train to Haarlem or Amsterdam every 10 mins. Situated next to a nature reserve. on-site carpark a bonus as we had a hire car. Highly recommend for a few day stay to explore Netherlands.

Big room and a very big shower box
Proximity of a P+R parking, you leave you car there for free and you get a train to the city (15 minutes only)
Personal preference: I like harder mattresses
The one there was to soft and could not sleep on my belly.

I don't know if this is the right section but the staff were beyond amazing. We were a difficult group, and they made it super easy for us after a long journey with multiple complicated check in times across the party. We love them and we'd come back again in a shot next year if that's how things turn out.

All the staff and facilities were excellent.
The location suited us, a short walk to the train station, hop on to Haarlem or Amsterdam, just perfect.
Nothing bad to say at all, we will be back again on one of our cycling holidays for sure.

The beds were comfortable and they had a great shower.
Our safe was not working and they were unable to fix it. They did not offer us another room or some sort of compensation either.
