The pool area was fantastic and the staff were great.
The hallway stank like construction and mold. The rooms were cheaply done. Cracks in the walls. Construction marks still left. 1 ply toilet paper at 1000$ a night ? The gym was actually embarrassing, machine were broken and the pieces thrown on the floor and it’s just a closet. I don’t know how this is a 5* hotel.

They were all incredibly helpfull, even at very late times they did everything such as restaurant reservations, transfers etc.. to make it easier for us. The location of hotel were very good, very clean and very nice, I will definetely stay here on my next visit, thank you especially to all the staff who made it very easy and enjoyable for us.

And they give us more cost Than booking so we pay more to them instead we pay already to booking !!

Service was exceptional. Gorgeous pool with a lovely view. Very comfortable rooms with a lovely sea view balcony, perfect for watching the sunset. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had, such delicious choices, champagne with breakfast.
Loved how the hotel were available on WhatsApp for any help needed and they were so helpful with bookings and reservations too. A short walk into the old town, great location.

Last day I asked for late check out. They weren’t flexible at all. That’s the only disappointment.

I booked a room specifically for a marriage proposal and I talked to the hotel first, and I didn't get the room I wanted and we were very sad.

The service from the time of booking to the minute we departed was exceptional!
They were so easy to communicate with via email and
planned our transport, 2 great dinner reservations and a four wheeler reservation before we even arrived.
all of the servers at the restaurant and pool were lovely as were
the reception staff. we had an amazing massage by Maria in the Zoe spa as well.
our room was clean, stylish and comfortable with welcome treats,
sparkling clean hot tub, plush bath robes, and great turn down service.
the location was amazing being just a 10 minute walk from Old Town Mykonos and
the infinity pool over the old harbor was beautiful! we loved our stay here
and the service made it Spectacular! (and the Greek candies in the
lobby were also incredible!)

it’s well located and the staff is really friendly and helpful
there were some inconveniences like the elevator wasn’t working and the AC started leaking but nothing major.

a very old, dirty furniture , the room was horrible it
felt like no one cleaned it sinxe ages, carpet was
really dirt as well, I felt like i was staying at a motel not a 5 star hotel which charged
more than 500€ per night. the pool was super dirty
, i did really expected something spectacular
compared to the price that we paid. but would not
come back again.

the location os perfect! Amazing staff and service. Amazing Conceirage (managed all difficult restaurants)our flight was early in the morning and without asking they serves our breakfast at 4:00 a.m on our room.
