140er Bett im Einzelzimmer ist gut. Bad zwar alt aber groß genug. Tv mit wesentlichen Programmen. Rollläden an den Fenstern super. Das Essen im Restaurant war preiswert und lecker.

It is hard to evaluate. It is simply equipped and especially the shared toilets definitely remember better times. On the other hand, the price is really attractive. It is also very practically placed if you are on the way - quiet place close to the motorway with private parking free of charge.
The breakfast is normally not available before 8 am but the owners agreed to make an expception for me.

A bit far from the train station and it's in zone2 so quite expensive to get to Freiburg by train, although it takes just a few stations

It was in the centre of a little village. The room was comfortable. The hosts were kind, there was no any problem.
The parking possibility was near of the gasthaus but in the yard.

The room was very big, and exceptionally clean. We also had dinner in their restaurant, the food was typical Black Forest specialities and excellent value for money.
The breakfast, which was included in the price, didn't have a lot of options, it was quite limited.

The price and location/access were good.
The card reader of the cash register had bad data reception, so suddenly it was cash only, for which I had to walk to an ATM. The room smelled very intensely of tobacco smoke. The proprietors smoke so they can't tell how bad it is. The wifi dropped out numerous times.

Kind service by the owner. Good breakfast. Ideal location for quick night stop or for sigthseeing Freiburg. As I am driving EV it is ideal as opposite the hotel there were two free locations to charge the car.

I had an individual room with private bathroom, room size and amenities were perfect for a single person. Breakfast was very good and staff very nice. Everything very clean.
It is quite far from the city centre. I chose that location because it was closer to my workplace. However, bus stop is next to the hotel and buses operate well and are very frequent, so in short time you can be in the city.
