Converted palazzo in little town, slightly off the beaten track near Castro. Breakfast was included and a lovely local spread. The food was excellent & always a delicious cake, tart & homemade bread every morning. Especially loved the Torta della Nonna. We really enjoyed making pasta one day and having the fish BBQ too. The pool was lovely and rooms all centred around lovely garden and roof top places to sit and drink. Shout out to Francesca on reception and Pietro in the bar! Used the bicycles to roam around. Castro a 10 min drive away... perfect location. Easy to visit amazing beaches like Porto Miggiano or Bagno Marino Archi. Relaxed place & would definitely go back. Friendly.

The place is beautiful inside and out, with a lot of amazing facilities like swimming pool, rooftop jacuzzi, spa, ping-pong. You can also use bikes and book some other activities like cooking class. The staff is very, very nice and flexible. The proximity of Castro is great. The breakfast was very good as well.

The bed was short and the pillows of very bad quality (not comfortable at all) for this level of accommodation. Our room was big and the air-condition was not strong enough to cover the surface so unfortunately it was too warm in the room. the windows were also giving on the main street and square of the town so it was way too loud, and also we could hear the entrance door of the Palazzo all the time, so for all that we never had a good sleep during our stay which is really unfortunate cause the place is great.

Loved this boutique property a little oasis. Lovely gardens and pool excellent restaurant and bar. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were most helpful and obliging. The accomodation was spacious very clean and linen was a very good standard. This is a wonderful little surprise as you enter the large wooden gates into the property. A little sanctuary. Also offers a very relaxing professional massage.We extended twice and were very sad to leave.

From the moment you walk into the courtyard you feel a sense of calm and tranquility. Our apartment was airy, high ceilinged, spacious and super clean. The hotel has a retreat feel and there are so many places to relax and unwind in the hotel. Lots of thoughtful additions - cake and coffee always available, books to read, activities planned. We couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay to recharge our batteries than this hotel.

Amazing stay - totally exceeded our expectations!

We had the best family holiday at Palazzo Guglielmo. The staff were amazing and so accommodating of our 1 year old daughter. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Francesca was so helpful in helping us plan our days and book things. The hotel was beautiful and the food served in both the hotel and restaurant was amazing. Thank you for making our first family holiday one to remember

Everything. We booked a suite and it was beautiful and very comfortable. The pool, restaurant, bar and grounds were lovely. The people working there were exceptional. They were friendly, kind and very helpful. wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

if I had to be fair, I would rate 11 to this place. The place is magical, the property is simply beautiful. All services you can ask for: air conditioning, fully equipped apartment, restaurant, bar, pool, jacuzzi, relaxing areas… Palazzo Guglielmo has everything. The staff is totally friendly. The jacuzzi at the roof terrace and the pasta making class were absolute highlights. In top of all, it’s a great base to explore the Salento region.

This place is amazing, in the middle of a small town, You are surrendered of orange trees, cactus and traditional white stones. Our staying in Palazzo Guglielmo was a dream as all the staff was amazingly professional and available at any requests!!! Every day our room was sparkling and shiny and the restaurant offers truly quality food!!! It is a piece of paradise on the earth!!!totally recommendable!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩
