We booked the hotel for hiking in Jura, and location proved to be excellent, if you are travelling by car and can drive around. Room size was OK. We stayed there at rainy summer days, and the temperature in the room was just perfect - not too hot and not cold. Owner and his team provided an excellent support. They speak perfect English and German. We arrived well before the official reception hours, but were welcomed and get our room immediately. However the main impressions of the trip were related to gastronomy. The hotel's restaurant, where the owner is a passionate chef, was really great. We enjoyed each and every dish we had. The breakfast was really outstanding and probably the best one that we experienced during our numerous trips in Switzerland. We certainly recommend the hotel and will not hesitate a second to book it again

Though room generally fits the description, it was toooo basic. Some minor additions, like available to use bedside sockets or shower gel in the bathroom could be quick wins.

Good cuisine, very nice chef. Quiet location in the mountains. Especially if you like hiking or just love the beautiful nature. 15 minutes drive to Neuchatel, what's more? Small hint: if you have time on arrival or departure, take the route over the mountains behind Biel, very scenic route!

A very cozy hotel ran by extremely nice people. It was a perfect sleepover stop in my hiking trip. The hospitality of the staff was overwhelming.
