The Breakfast was so poor, the cups were dirty, I ordered a coffee as the coffee machine was not working in the breakfast section, and I did not like the clean level of the place and the cups so I ended up skipping the breakfast as it was not good and not clean. the room was clean but there were damp patches on the walls behind the bathroom door, which I did not like, the room service came in the morning to clean, but then during the day she tried to come in while I was in the room, as she forgot to replace all of the towels during her cleaning in the morning, the Kettle was defective and it was not turning off automatically, which was good that I realized it on time. the check-in girl gave me a room and I paid successfully, later during the night they were trying multiple times to charge my credit card for not showing up on time, and after having a huge discussion with the person, he stopped the charge from happening because the girl gave me the wrong room in the morning. on the check-out day, I ordered a shuttle to the airport, which arrived on time, but I had to go through a not needed discussion to prove that I have paid for the shuttle and booked it the day before.

Great hotel, We booked it for the whole team for an event downtown casablanca, first hotel ever to call me after leaving to check if I had any remarks

room was ok, bathroom was ok, location was great for the Medina and close to train station

The whole spa was closed and we were NOT told about this before our arrival. we had full intentions of booking various spa activities, so we were very disappointed….. no massages, no facials, no mani/pedis. you would think that by the name “Oum Palace and Spa” there would be S.p.A. services.
