breakfast amazing but the staffs around the breakfast area look at you kind judge you for what you eat and I saw they talk to one another and look people in the tables. You don’t feel comfortable

staffs on the breakfast area and also the lift. when we were there had a massive accident and dropped from the third floor with 2 adults and 2 kids inside and they went to the hospital. google about it and maybe avoid this place.

The location

our room was next door to the kitchen. Lota of noise , employees making a lot of noise during very early hrs. We couldn’t sleep well.

Pool was nice. Breakfast was nice. Staffs at the restaurant were very nice

People at reception did not speak English.. In our room water was dropping from the air conditional and it soaked our luggage. We informed the reception later and they did not even apologize for this.

The facilities are good. In general the staff is helpful and kind (besides one younger woman in the reception). If it was not some unpleasant situations linked to managing strategies, the rating would be higher.

Several situations made the stay uncomfortable. It should be noted that during our stay, the use of masks and other Covid related restrictions were almost completely lifted. However, they demand us to use masks during breakfast and, the most absurd, to use disposable gloves. It is nonsense and it creates uncomfortable situations for guests and staff. Furthermore, they are literally beside a project for turtles protection that discusses the damage of disposable plastic in marine ecosystems. When I arrived, I was also obliged to make an “online check-in” - with the not very welcoming receptionist simply starring at me while I had to decide with my phone in hand which of the thousands informations that they asked I wanted to give. In addition, the staff was clearly obliged to use masks all the time, while guests were not. It is horrible, it is segregation. The other hotels I have been did not have such system. The pandemic should have taught us how we are all vulnerable, not end up leaving such aberration that hopefully will be changed soon!

Great location, delicious breakfast and nice amenities. Rooms/bathrooms are small but comfortable + the shower is great! Would recommend it!

The breakfast was excellent.

The staff in the reception wasn’t so kindly. In the begging we need to check in through the site and wasn’t working for me and we couldn’t go to the room.
