The room was big and the view out of the room was nice. It had a bathtub which it didn't state on booking, so that was a nice surprise. Lot's of towels to use, two swimming pools (one closes early though) and a pretty decent gym.

Honestly the hotel is quite outdated, has had it's best time. Floors in the rooms are dirty, tiles are broken. The bedsheets were washed but still had stains on them. Found a big long black hair in the bathroom. It would be nice to have some information of the hotel within the room. Times of the breakfast, opening of the pools and gym etc. On what floor which stuff can be found. They tried to charge me again whilst checking in, while I already paid. Had a discussion and then they realized. Then when I tried to check out, they tried to charge me again. Had the same discussion again, the same process to AGAIN find out I paid already. No apology there. They also woke me up in the morning to check my minibar because of some discrepancy of the former guest. If I wouldn't mind that they'd check right away. No sorry for that they woke me or anything.

The room was a decent size

Breakfast was poor. And fact I caught chronic food poisoning after eating in the Chinese restaurant on Friday evening and had lunch here via room service on Saturday afternoon. It made my flight home to England unbearable. I spent more time in the toilet than in my seat during my flights home. Also location isn’t ideal as quite far from anywhere. Overall a terrible experience staying here and I’ll naturally never stay here again.

There is a smoking area by the pool, decent,clean . It's rare.

The location is perfect.

Breakfast was great. Better compared to the other hotels in the Metro. The rooms were cool and provided adequate comfort during our stay. It works best as a business hotel is in the middle of the Alabang business district but as a tourist, it's nice to go around the area as well.

The bedsheets had a certain smell to them. Like it didn't dry properly. That was very offputting for me. For breakfast, one waiter seemed to actively ignore us when were trying to ask for coffee.

We super loved the room. It was so spacious, comfy, and clean.

The consideration to check in early and also to extend our check-out both by a couple of hours were very much appreciated. The swimming pool in the Tower wing was better than I expected. My kids had an excellent time swimming. The food choices at the breakfast buffet were great and satisfying. Happy to have added that option to my reservation.

The situation with parking. There were not enough signages to indicate that the entrance to the parking would be at the exit. We parked instead at the open parking lot, carried our bags, only to be told that the basement parking was available. We also noticed the lack of staff on both security and facilities which reduced the impact on how our needs/concerns were attended.
