La habitación y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación. En cualquier hotel si ven una toalla sucia la cambian y si dejo la funda de la almohada fuera de su lugar es para que la cambien no que se la llevan y no le ponen una limpia.Habia bichito en el suelo

Super accueil. Le personnel est très gentil. Logement bien placé.

Portimao is beautiful city, the room was very big and cosy. The view from the balcony was something special. All of the staff frim hotel were nice and polite.

Location. In the heart of town

A lot of traffic noise at night. Not very comfortable bed. THE WORST PART: My leather jacket, which I forgot in the room when checking out, disappeared without any trace. I contacted the staff as soon as I noticed, but their response, in my view, was not sufficient. If your belongings are not safe in a hotel or guesthouse, anything else becomes secondary.

It's very central location-wise. It's just 10 minutes away from the station and connected to other links which take you to Lagos or Albufeira. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff!

This was a great find. It is directly across from a square that is on the river that has many restaurants. There are also many other restaurants nearby. Our room was really nice and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful with its big tub and gorgeous tiles. Paolo at the desk is so gracious and friendly, and he also prepares the optional breakfast. We chose to get that every day and it was wonderful. Every other staff member we encountered was also very gracious and friendly. We stayed in many places around Portugal on a two week trip, and this was our favorite. I've added a photo of the front of the inn from the fountain across the square, and also a photo of the patio where we enjoyed breakfast every day.

The only problem is that there are only three parking spaces, we had a rental car and if the other two cars didn't park correctly then we couldn't park. There is plenty of paid parking nearby. When we couldn't get into our spot but didn't want to get a ticket, and we couldn't figure out the parking meter which was in Portuguese, Paolo was very helpful and came down to the street and showed us how to work the parking meter, so it was all good. There was really nothing else about Arabi that we didn't love.
