location restaurant hotel was Ok

i didnt like the rooms that they give us i requested to be move and negotiated for a room

My best excelent stay ever. This stay has been excellent. And we decided stay three nights more. The staffing was so nice. Mr Pedro, Mr Jacinto, Miss Andrea and all front desk staff has been so kind. I recomend 100% this Hotel. The location and facilities was fine too. The cleaning was excelllent.

I like everything. I just have a recommendation: improve the beds.

Excelente atencion

The Staff was exceptional, very friendly and attentive. Edisom was professional and helped us with suggestions and gave us some great recommendations. Our stay included complimentary breakfast which had many options and was really good as well. The dinner is excellent and we dined twice during our two day stay. It’s also within walking distance to the mall and many shops & restaurants.

There was nothing about our stay that we didn’t like about our stay.

Location, customer service

Room was a bit dated, no iron in the room and when requested one, they couldn't provide a Iron board. The shower could do with a new head

Love it great place friendly staff, love that they clean the pool every 3 hrs for the guest

Excelente.

Very noise room facing the main street (room 219). Unable to sleep at all due to the amount of street noise all night. Very small beds with no extra blankets or extra cover available. No HOT water available. Shower head clogged and dirty with no water pressure.

The breakfast was excellent and the waiters and waitresses were very friendly.

The pool is a little small but they don't have a large property so it's really not their fault.
