Solo que no hubiera late check out

Han mejorado mucho la calidad y sabor de la comida. Me encantó poder hacer check in antes de la hora estimada.

Me hubiera gustado que la habitación fuera un poco más grande y que sirvieran la alimentación un poco más rápido.

Every staff member made us feel so welcome. At check in the receptionist was warm, professional and extremely helpful. The bar staff and wait staff were amazing, very accommodating , especially when my 9 year old grandson asked at least 3 times a day for his “pina colada” The breakfast was fabulous with many freshly made choices

There was not anything that we could say negative about the property

The prices were high and the hotel was not in a good area.

Parking was convenient, just outside the hotel.

Our room stank. It was the stench of damp mixed with some kind of cleaning agent which instantly gave me a headache. After reporting the problem to the front desk, I was told that all the rooms on the ground floor smelled like that and that it was normal (what an irony, it's a shame they don't mention this in their hotel presentation). They offered us an upgrade to a better room for an additional fee on the floor above where the receptionist assured me there was no odor. I agreed, but asked to be shown the new room first. Upon entering the room, there was the same stench. We were offered no other solution to the problem. We stayed in our ground floor room just because it was one night. Moreover, the kitchen appliances were old and dirty/not cleaned properly. I do not recommend this hotel.
