It was a nice location, nice resort, staff friendly

Cafeteria a bit too crowded. Food at the snack bar was not the best at all.

The beach is beautiful, relax and clean.

They have the same food, repeat and repeat...

first night i was there the front desk called my room at 12:30 am woke me up told me i had to come down to the front reception to verify my identity which made me and my wife feel real uncomfortable

they don’t provide what they advertise . from 5 restaurants they only keep open 2 or 3 per day . they only perform one show in 2 days .

To be honest it’s a good hotel is very quiet it’s relaxing but if you want to have fun I will recommend you to go to another hotel. It’s not a lot of things to do Inside the hotel. The good thing is that you can walk to the beach from the hotel the service room menu it’s not good because I order a sandwich it looks like a sandwich for five years old . If you want to rest I will recommend you. The restaurant food it’s good. The staff is very friendly For the price it was great. For me this hotel is like Applebee’s

The only disappointment was the view from the room and know balcony and the room was an a joining room not much privacy!

The food wasn’t typical nor tasty. The drinks and cocktails were watered down The building needs more attention. It’s old and poorly cared for. The gym opens at 8:30/9am - very late, resort gyms usually opens at 5:00am My Uber drive, who I called to come pick me up at the resort, was mistreated by the taxi driver from the resort. I have the right to chose who will drive me around the city. The DJ at the resort club only played local and unknown music, every single day during my 7 days stay. It was very boring.

Breakfast was the poorest meal of the day as far as hot food goes. Lunch & dinner improved considerably. The Mexican restaurant was good as well. Wifi throughout the hotel inside & out was poor. Kept dropping all the time. Nice facilities though although they were closing the day we left & moving to another location. Considering some staff were losing their jobs, they stayed professional & tried to keep us happy. Location was good, nice beach. We asked for a quiet room & got a noisy one to begin with close to the kitchen & nightclub so asked to move. They moved us to a much better room, no complaints there with the service.

Wifi was poor. Entertainment crew tried hard but options limited. Music very dated. Breakfast not great.

Food was ok, and the staff acted with a lot of respect.
