Great location, nice hotel setting, tasty affordable food at the restaurant, great main patio, A/C worked Great 👍🏽

No on site parking on my visit only on the street, no hot water at most warm for 🚿 shower though it was hot 🥵 and humid outside.

Good location near central square. Nice interior traditional courtyards. Quiet, clean rooms, fan, working toilet and shower, comfy beds. Basic, good breakfast at adjacent restaurant.

The price we paid we were expecting more. The place is clean and the staff are helpful. The hotel has no soundproofing at all, you can hear people in the next room talking (i mean understand what they are saying).

i liked that although small, it was comfortable space. the bed was not comfortable whatsoever but after a couple nights, we got used to it.

the tv only had one channel. the first night, they only left us with one towel to shower with for two people and when we asked for a second one they said they had an issue with their towel service company and didn’t know when to expect them. we did eventually get a second one the next day.

had to leave before breakfast. Cafe next door was great. As was the Air Conditioning. I think the courtyard would be a very nice place once work is finished and more guests are there to meet.

Thought we would have a window. My son and I speak little spanish so that was a bit of a problem with regards to potential room change. The courtyard had some construction going on so was not as pleasant as otherwise might have been.

Smaller hotel beautiful courtyard. Walking to shopping and garden Square in front of hotel. Quiet and relaxing . No pool so no kids. Restaurant on site.

Beautiful architecture (actually that is why I chose this hotel). Although small, the rooms are comfortable with an excellent bed/bedding and pillows. You have hard and soft pillows. For everybody's taste! What I will remember about the hotel is the bed! The room was very clean. Excellent location.

No real window, so the room is dark. Needs a char in the room.

The location cannot be beat. You walk out the door to a beautiful park. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The linens were also top notch.

Central location within short walking distance to shopping and parks. The staff were very friendly,and helpful. Even though they don’t have secure parking, went to extra effort to arrange secure parking at the hotel next door. I’d stay there again.

I always have a problem when hotels rent a room to a couple, and only supply one set of towels. It’s a hassle having to call the front desk to have a second set brought to the room. Hopefully they can change that policy.

The breakfast was good and the front desk staff was friendly.

It's a quaint old Colonial hotel across from one of the many squares in Colima. Staff is excellent and helpful. Rooms small, but exceptionally clean and beds comfortable. Best part, air conditioned, which is appreciated from the heat. Nice little restaurant attached and dine in lovely courtyard.

The person for the check-in was a bit robotic, no human interaction, not felt welcoming. When I asked if this is the only room that they have and do I have a choice, he told me that this is what I booked. In fact it's sure that they have more than one double room and he could propose a choice of I didn't like the room. The room had some smell, based on the fact that there is no window, it's humid and the door is mainly closed. As well, it was very small room. For sure, it was too expensive for what it is, maybe 20% less than what it costs would be more appropriate.

Most of the rooms has no windows, such a disappointment. The shower drain was blocked.
