The apartment was lovely and spacious. It was comfortable. The ISSUE was tge lack of support from the manager!

We were told before we went, on tge morning, that there may not be a lift and they would give us 10% off. When we got there we were on the 4th floor!! 8 flights of stairs!! We were told by a lady that the lift does work but the manager doesn't want to pay the electricity. The lift was working as people were using it but our fob didn't work!! My husband is needing a knee replacement and to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs it is a nightmare! On the second night he went to the toilet in the apartment and his knee dislocated and he fell and hit his face and head on the door frame a wall. He has a broken nose and bruising everywhere. We messaged the manager and he read none of them. We called one night and he eventually answered and he said he would talk to someone. We had to stay indoors for 2 days because we could not use the lift!!!!! On tge last day we asked a lady to get us up on the lift and showed her my husbands injuries. Surprise, surprise, by the time we hot up to the apartment the manager was in touch. He said he did everything he could and have us 20% off. It is disgusting and should have had it all returned as it was their problem and we suffered! Us tge pool had no water in it 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I would advice NO ONE to go there and we go to Balchik several times a year and never had a issue

AC only in the living room, not the bedroom the bed sheet kept falling off and exposing the mattress (no fitted sheet) for the first days we only had cold water because there is a switch we didn't know we had to turn on! the elevator wasn't working

The studio was very clean, and really close to the sea and the center of Balchik.

Because we had the ground floor studio( ap 39), which is right on the terrace of a local restaurant, people can get a look inside the apartment, and you can hear the noise from outside. You can see through those curtains. We were forced to keep them on all the time, for the others to not see us. Maybe the owner can consider to install some blinds at the windows, this way nobody can see anything inside. And as for the parking lot, you need to consider to search for a parcking space further than the building.

Pretty much nothing. It was relatively clean so I will give them that.

Many things. First of all, this is not an apartment at all. It is basically a shop on the street. The windows have to stay with the drapes on during the whole day because otherwise people on the street see everything inside. So it is dark during the whole day. The entrance is right next to a cafe - you literally have to push a few chairs away in order to enter the place. Consequently, it is extremely noisy starting at 07:00 AM. The furniture was the cheapest possible thing. A big portion of it was falling apart. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and was squicking upon each minor movement. Due to the apartment being on the street, we couldn't open the windows to air it. So the air inside was quite stale. And last, the self-check in process is ridiculous. I like quest games but I don't think that it is normal to have to look for your key for 15 minutes. P.S. We stayed at apartment 39.

Clean place, nice view

Very close to the beach. The buffet was open early in the morning (at 7:00 am), so you could buy breakfast &coffee. We stayed in ap.38. Very spatious, one bed, a dressing, very spatious shower. No couch. We checked in alone, it has some automatic system. We slept very good in the evening,even if it is on ground floor. Very good price considering the position (627 RON for 3 nights).

The shower cable was not fixed, when I touched it it fell. It needed to be screwed back in. The toilet has been broken from day 1 and couldn't flush the toilet (there was a water vessel near the shower and I didn't know for what it is, but when the toilet broke, I found out:)) There was no soap at all. The small kitchenette had no pot to boil water, but I asked for one to the host and brought it (I needed for some tea). Generally poorly equipped. There was dust near on the furniture near bed. No toilet paper refill during 3 days we stayed in. No cleaning the room.

The rooms are well large and well furnitured. The air conditioning works well and is included in the price. There is a large terrase with a nice view. The apartment is placed in a building next to a really nice beach and to best resta

The kitchen needs more cleaning services and dotation. The bathroom is rather old and requires some restauration.

It’s really close to the seaside. It’s very clean and there’re plenty of facilities that you’d find in a hotel.

There were occasional issues with the internet connection, which resulted in issues with the tv since the two of them were connected.

It was very nice.

It's literally near the beach, which is nice, but this particular room, 39, is accessible directly from the street, which means noisy environment and the only thing that stands between you and other tourists is a thin blue curtain.

I didn't like that we were not told about the location of the room.

It was clean, the location was good and the apartment had welcome colors and anything you could want in it.

The door had the lock a little damaged, it was working but you had to open it a certain way and the doorknob only worked with the key in the lock making it impossible just to close the door not lock it without using the key. Also something that was really upseting was that in the pictures you can see a filled pool but in reality it's empty... We also watched a little lizard enter our neighbors room below his door, imagine being waken up by a lizard hahahaha.

Rooms were very clean. Good central location.

Pool was not open during stay. Sound insulation was not good - street music could bd heard easily from the room. TV was not working properly and the host did not respond to fix until we had left.

The entrance is right on a busy street, and right next to the tables of a bistro. People sitting on the tables are right in front of the front door. A LOT of noise. Because it's right next to a bistro, noises start from 7 a.m. It's just not a good place. On the pictures of the room you can see a pool, but actually the street is right out your door. Pool wasn't working, but the owner didn't remove it from the "amenities". You get one roll of toilet paper, one set of bedsheets for an 8-day stay. Internet stopped working on the second day, TV stopped working on the fourth or fifth. Forks, knives, plates were very dirty.

The location and Balchik exceeded our expectations. The apartment is big, very well located, near the restaurants, the beach, the supermarkets. The bathroom was big also. Good communication with the owner. Walking distance to the Palace.

1. Although we went during the summer period the exterior pool was not functional. 2. Since we were a family with 2 adults and 2 children, the last person who was taking the shower was not enjoying hot water, but cold one.

Very clean with excellent location. Good value for money, recommend it!

A bit frustrating to get the key and enter the room at the beginning.

It is close to the beach and the restaurants. The room is big and clean.

The pool was closed and the terrace was empty, no umbrella, only 2 sunbeds. The terrace was very dirty, nobody cleaned. Two years ago they cleaned it every morning. In front of the building has risen a building and we could see the sea like 2 years ago. The internet connection it was dropping every other day.
