Restaurant not open off-season

Location was great, on the boardwalk.

The bar and restaurant was not opened.

Clean, spacious, nice service, great balcony and ocean view, perfect location

No face cleanser. No welcome note in the room - basic info like wifi password, restaurants within the hotel, info you usually get at other hotels

Very accommodating to my request sent over with my booking.

I had a corner room with a balcony with a beautiful view. The indoor pool was a bonus for November. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I traveled for a church retreat. I was still able to get some quiet time.

Because it was November a lot of the resturaunts and tourists spots were closed.

Staff super super friendly. Rooms were awesome and clean. They heard it was my birthday and they sent up a very nice birthday card with 2 bottles of water, bag of fisher popcorn and 2 candy bars.

Bathroom sliding door was frosted glass so the light illuminates through it at night if someone uses during the night. Deserved a nice variety of breakfast foods however, all the hot foods were extremely cold even at 6:30 in the morning and there was no microwave to heat any food up

Breakfast Need to be more food

I got the ocean front room, it was very nice. The bed is comfortable and the room is very spacious. The tv hangs on the wall and is adjustable to either the couch or bed. There’s a mini store in the lobby. The elevators are decently fast with not a long wait time.

Parking was very tight. It felt like I could only drive places and get back 2 hours before checkin to get a spot under the hotel. They had an extra lot, but they should hand out a mini map on its location. Compared to the price tag, the free breakfast kinda sucks. The setup looks amazing. Also, it’s hard to sit outside on your balcony at night. All you smell is pot smoke from below. The outdoor pool was closed, yet next door their outdoor pool is open. At the quality inn. For a week in off season where weather was 70-79 + degrees. Maybe do a seasonal outdoor pool where you would open it on hot days.

Cost for what was offered, Plain Jane room for what I paid. No glassware, no restraunt only bar food terrible. For over $800 WONT BE BACK

No microwave in the room. Small pool; indoor pool too close to Lobby.

I stayed in room 406. The lock on the door is broken, the bathroom fan does not work and the mirror light does not work

Breakfast was great, good options for kids and adults.

Limited parking on premises, but street parking was close by and easily available.

Outdoor pool

The heated pool was NOT heated. The elevator was slow like waiting at least 10 min. or more. The beds were so bad I couldn't walk in the am. It was horrible! No place to eat breakfast had to stand around waiting for seat until after 3 days they opened another room.

It was ok, but I prefer Cambria

No water pressure, room was not cleaned between days, long way for a handicap person to walk to get to boardwalk. For the price we paid , I was not happy.

Breakfast was decent, simple but sufficient, a few more hot choices might make it excellent. Place was cleaned daily, no shortage or attempts to nickel and dime on things like towels, room temp, blankets or other amenities. Place had an outdoor wash station on each side of building. Simple but last two places I stayed at the beach did not.i feel like this saves more money with cleaning than it costs in water but either way it's nice to have.

Some parking was off site, not by far though, in there defense they seemed to actually have enough parking with more than a couple to spare even though they were fully booked.

Ocean front, the most comfortable bed and cozy bedding, convenient boardwalk location.

Housekeeping made beds & gave new towels, but didn’t clean shower door, sink …could clean more thoroughly for money paid for this hotel. Everything else in hotel was wonderful.

Location on the boardwalk was great. Steps away from the beach and shopping.

After breakfast is over, there is no food in the hotel anymore. I am not even sure there was room service. Hotel should seriously think about a coffee shop that also sells sandwiches. You can't go out every time you want to eat. There is a snack bar selling candy bars, cold drinks etc. Shops and restaurants come after the 12th st. That's 4 blocks. There is Franco's Pizza and Bar right under the hotel too. Great pizza. Make sure to come down for breakfast no later than 7:30am if you want to avoid long lines.

Convenience to beach access and dining. Clean rooms and commons areas. Nice pools.

The breakfast, cleanliness, comfort of the beds.

I’ve always enjoyed my stay at a Hyatt and I was aware that it was pet friendly. And and in the past it was not a problem for me(I rarely, if ever saw them). However, there seemed to be quite a few this time…unruly, barking,and running dogs seemed to be everywhere. I know that quite a few people consider their pets their “children” . It will probably be difficult these days of equity for all, but in the future, I prefer not to stay at a “pet friendly” hotel.

It’s a very clean hotel and very family friendly. Breakfast is great. The outdoor bar/food is reasonably priced and it was good also.

Check in time of 5pm is a little late. You can use their facilities while you wait for your room but it’s just too late especially with younger kids. I wish you could pay extra to check in early.

The beds were terrible..!! I needed them to change my room because if was SO uncomfortable. And on the last day one of only two elevators were out of service..
