Great location on the beach. View of the beach on the 12th floor was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. James was brilliant! Room was fantastic, clean and well maintained. I liked the use of Whatsapp for communication, was very easy to get my messages across without any language problems.

Toilet got blocked but was fixed within an hour of reporting it via Whatsapp.

O hotel é moderno e muito bem situado, mesmo em frente à praia. Quarto confortável, com cama e almofadas muito boas. Pequeno almoço variado e saboroso. O restaurante serve cozinha vietnamita e bem confecionada, mas é muito demorado. SPA muito bom.

the hotel was great! it was on the beach and had afternoon tea, the hotel even gave us room decorations for our 30th wedding anniversary. the roof pool was fantastic and the the service was great! Nothing bad to say about our stay there!

Great location!! Right across from the beach. My room has a lovely view of the beach which just calls out to you for a swim. Rooftop infinity pool was beautiful and overlooks the beach as well. There is a bar up top and outdoor furniture was comfortable. I organised a private driver pick up from Airport through the hotel and was very pleasantly surprised the driver was waiting right outside the gate with a sign and the private car was luxurious! On arrival they offered me some tea which was delightful and exactly what you need when you touch down in the heat. It was a few days after my bday and staff organised a cake delivered to my room which was so sweet of them! The breakfast that's included was amazing!!!! Definitely worth the stay just for the breakfast buffet alone!!

Good location and nice sea view from our room, love the pool that’s on the 22nd floor. Breakfast spread is good but mainly catered for Korean which is also good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa in Da Nang, Vietnam. The hotel is located right on the beach, and the views from my room were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, including both Vietnamese and international dishes.

Hospitality, kind helpful and friendly staff, location, food and of course management. This is 5* star hotel to me in any aspect though.

Perfect place to stay at Da Nang. Everything is clean, buffet breakfast and afternoon tea were the best we had in Vietnam. My Khe beach is right out front, and so many delicious restaurants right outside. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooftop pool and happy hour cocktails were the cheapest and best we’ve encountered.

Nothing - it was a 10/10 hotel. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
