Room Amenities like Kettle, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Cup, Mug Water, Glass, Bathroom Personal Care Amenities like Moisturizer, Shaving Blade, Gel, Toothpaste, Toothbrush. I stayed along and the room had two single beds and I requested both beds to be joined as a King Sized? TV News Channels not easy to browse. Dinner meal selections not good enough for single eaters and less of Alacarte selections!

Some staff members were excellent. Two young ladies who worked at the bar were great. A young man who was there on the 16th early morning at the reception was great!

The price was very high. Lack of TV channels in English (other than CNN and BBC). Signage could improve. Some people at the reception and in the restaurant could be friendlier. Room service would have been great.

The breakfast and BBQ were good, the staff were friendly and the location within the stadium was ideal.

The rooms overall felt a little tired and in need of an update for the price paid. Initially, I was placed in a room that had a very strong smell of cigarettes despite being a non smoking hotel but the staff happily changed it for me.

Good breakfast and dinner. Exceptional location to visit Medica fair (3 minutes walk), 15 minutes drive from city centre.

Impressive location in the arena. Walking distance to Messe, about a 15min walk to CCD. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean room with great beds.

Very plain room. No fridge, no coffee/tea or even normal drinking glasses. Very minimal toiletries.

Room smelled of smoke

No breakfast and no food service as the Covid-19 has meant not enough people in hotel to justify the expense of staff.

Price a little high considering the lack of open services at the hotel.
