The staff, facilities and location were excellent as was the view from our room

Loud music blasted out for half the night making it impossible to sleep. It finished at 3 am!!

Very nice room overlooking the port, easy free street parking and the breakfast was very good. Once parked, we walked all over the city, lots of restaurants and parks.

Staff was most pleasant and very helpful with restaurant suggestions. Room was spacious and we'll appointed, views were splendid.

Location was perfect, easy parking close by. We had a very spacious room which overlooked the harbour. Very nice restaurants nearby.

Annamaria at reception was amazing! She really helped us out when my partner was unwell and in a lot of pain. She called about 10 places before we ended up just going to A&E. She's a star! Thanks!

The facilities were quite dated and the bed was rock solid.

A lovely old style and historic decoration that had reminders that it was formerly a convent. Spacious corridors and rooms with a nice buffet breakfast room. A great view of the harbour from the room and easy to walk everywhere. A friendly and polite staff.

It would have been nice to have an outdoor area next to the breakfast room as an option. Late night loud people walking by and sometimes music but I still slept ok and the central location at a weekend made that a natural occurence/inconvenience.

We tried to order a taxi from reception to take us to Bari airport but was advised it was busy and only 1 taxi available in Trani.. it would be good to know this in advance or have alternatives.

the hotel is housed in an historic and beautiful building. the decor is spare and in good taste. the breakfast that is included in the price of the room was a spectacular buffet

Booked a room with twin beds that was not available upon our arrival so we had to take two rooms. the very nice concierge/ receptionist did everything to accommodate us and provide with a discount for one of the rooms. the rooms with a sea view are very noisy as lots of yea-yea activity including a Ferris wheel is happening. however the view is magnificent. parking is a nightmare
