Can't really talk about staff, we barely interacted with them, but everything else was top notch.

The room was very large, having a well equipped kitchen and very clean bathroom. The furniture was very nice and comfortable, with plenty of space for a mini-office.

Great location, close to old town and train station. Everything was perfect, from my point of view. :)

It was very clean, comfortable, easy check-in and check-out.

Nobody told us how the lift worked. Nobody was at the reception all evening.

The room was really big and the main bed was very comfortable. The location is good, pretty close to the historical center.

The receptionist wasn't there when we arrived. We needed guidance to use the elevator, but we had no one to ask for help., so we had to bring our luggages on the stairs. The breakfast wasn't that good. I'd expect something else from a 4 stars hotel. The sofa was really uncomfortable.

The room we were assigned this time compared to last time was far lower quality and smaller. There was no staff available throughout the weekend.

Everything good! Great terasse, amazing food, we had the best time! Very close to all events and city center.

Excellent breakfast in the coffee shop around the corner: Orange juice/ tea or expresso and tasty hot sandwiches! Great location! Very nice staff.

The Reservation says there is a parking and in reality is a town street parking! Not easy to find a place to park.

We paid the highest possible price for studio in the offer. Should be fully equipped with extra large bed. But... There was not even basic equipment for cooking, no bed linen for sheets, sheets were flaky, other promised equipment missing, definitely not extra large bed, room was quite hot and when you opened window it was very noisy. We were there only for one night so survivable, but definitely not value for money.
