service breakfast Our room was not cleaned when we arrived at 5pm, they had to give us a new room. It took 20 minutes.

It was a comfortable stay and very quiet. I believe it was an ex.school accommodation and very basic, but had everything we needed. Have to share a kitchen/lounge area but have your own bathroom.. was only us staying there in 2 rooms so the other 6 or so rooms were empty.

The fact that the kids were in a separate building... the noise during the night by other guests talking very loud on the phone in the hall way around midnight...

Quiet and nice place.

We have been staying at Nordiska quite a few times, and we are very happy with the location and the people working there.

If I have to mention something - it would be that the breakfast seem to have deteriorated a bit over time.

All the people were very friendly, we didnt know about the breakfast time and arrrived late. Still they let us eat without any problems. Wifi was good (which wasn't normal in our Sweden trip).

We got the wrong code via message and couldn't get the key. It was raining and cold. I called 10 times with roamings fees the hotline which had a dumb limbo. When i chose "get your code via phone" it just hung up automatically. Other choices through the automatic voiceline didnt bring us the to right spot, nobody answered!! Luckily a woman appeared after 20 minutes and called someone that gave her the correct number. She let us in. Thank you a lot...we were so frustrated.

Amazing stay

clean, tidy rooms, opulent Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

The room was comfy and warm, everything was in good condition. We received an extra bed for our 2 year old on request for free. The extensive breakfast buffet was beyond are expectation. The little contact w had with the staff was positive (we did self check-in).

Our room was next to the entrance: when someone shut the door the whole rooms was trembling. There was only one chair in the room (it was raining so we could not eat outside at bench) and there were no plates or cups - these had to be fetched from the communal kitchen. A table and chair would be nice in the communal space.

Rooms are very ordinary.

We have stayed at this place 4-5 times the last years. The people working there are all nice. The surrounding ist really nice and quiet. Breakfast buffet is (almost) perfect: I only miss scrambled eggs and bacon. But it could have to do with the modern vegan thing going on there at lunch… It’s perfect if you got children. The school is partly open in the summer, so you might enjoy bumping into young ladies at breakfast doing a course in dancing, history - or whatever they offer.

The beds could be improved; it takes time to get used to.

Want to stay in a local community with friendly fellow visitors, warm and welcoming staff and excellent local food, search no further. The chef prepares an amazing breakfast with all sorts of options for any diet. The front desk staff is most knowledgeable about the surroundings, things to do and local customs. The location is great, overlooking the Kungalv region and with a spectacular views on Bohus Fasstning (a medieval fortress). The old town of Kungalv is only 10 minutes walk and the new centre with shops is easily accessible by bike or car. Busses to Gothenburg are around the corner and go often

Quite spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Also the location is great, especially with the view on the old castle.

The room got really warm in the summer, hard to get it to be nice to sleep in. We bought a ventilator.

Beautiful location though quite a way to walk to the town centre and the bus stop. Comfortable room with adequate amenities. Nice breakfast.

The rate could be a bit lower considering the off location.

The location was fantastic. A good walk and hike.

The kitchen could be better equipped. Need more cutlery.
