Breakfast and location

I reserved a queen bed and they have only full bed. The room is old and small. The air conditioning is good but they don't give you the control. It was cold all night.

El personal es muy amable y está al pendiente de los huéspedes.

la ubicación es una exquisitez una zona céntrica de la ciudad, a minutos caminando del Malecon de Santo Domingo, del metro, tiene supermercado serca, centros comerciales serca. en una zona muy segura. me toco hospedarme para el maratón de Santo Domingo y camine hasta el evento a 2 cuadras a las 04:30am sin ningún miedo.

no hay suficientes parqueos para la cantidad de habitaciones, algunas personas les tocara estacionar en la calle.

El aire no estaba frío

The property looked on the internet very new, but in reality it’s much older. Renovations here and there are needed. But it is very good located!

Old cranes, holes in the bathroom wall .. (But they keep it clean.) Broken tiles etc. Just not what you expect in a 2023 hotel.

Good location, reasonable price

Broken safety door chain, sharp not marked treshhold to the bathroom, no light bulb in the bed light, rooms are very small and need renovation. If you book for 3 persons with the breakfast, only 2 persons get it, if you late 5 min for the breakfast - you won’t get it.

muy buena atención y buena ubicación.

Everything about the location. I was able to find everything needed and expected in about 650 m radius by just walking: restaurants, café, supermarket, banks, mobile phone service provider... you name it. Looks also pretty safe and quiet. The place is very descent. My room wasn't fancy but pretty comfy. The personnel was very professional and caring. Room service was great. It's the perfect place for business related stays.

The only issue was the wifi signal. I stayed on the 5th floor where the wifi signal wasn't good. I was offered a room on the first floor with better signal but I chose tranquillity over it.
