The first impression of the apartment was of how clean and well kept it is. Melanie obviously takes great pride in this property and keeps it as she would like it herself. The kitchen is very well equipped, microwave, toaster etc and a high chair and travel cot was available for us too. The garden is a huge plus point. I’m sure not many apartments have gardens in this area/complex, and it really made our holiday. We took a little paddling pool for the afternoons, and enjoyed sitting outside in the evening when the children were in bed. The pool was closed for maintence but I’m sure this would have been lovely too. A lovely little beach is less than 5 minutes walk away, as is a very well stocked supermarket (fish and meat counter etc) less than 10 minutes walk away, next to some restaurants. You wouldn’t need a car, though if you do have one, there are lots of fantastic places to explore not too far away. Golfe-Juan has is a lovely little marina with lots of lovely restaurants around it, this is a 15/20 minutes walk along the beach front, with a pushchair, and our 5 year old could manage the walk and back for lunch. All in all, a lovely place which we would thoroughly reccomend.

We had a really lovely and relaxing 8 nights holiday at the end of September in Juan Flore all contact, arrival, transfer information and payment from Melanie was excellent coming out of arrivals at Nice airport and getting to the apartment could not have been easier. The apartment and garden was excellent perfect sun trap in the afternoons and located on a very well maintained and secure complex, supermarket and bus stops at the end of the road very cheap and easy to get about to all the sites on the bus. Lovely beach just outside the apartment complex and a nice walk along the beach to Jaun les Pins or Golf Jaun marina with restaurants overlooking the boats we thoroughly recommend this apartment and had a brilliant holiday here we will certainly be back.

Melanie's apartment was perfect for our catch up with our son who is working in Golfe Juan. Directions and arrangements were very clear and hassle free. It was very well equipped so that we could eat in every evening after he finished work. The location made for easy walks along the shore and pleasant journeys, especially inland to St Paul de Vence. We were very impressed by the apartment and indeed the whole complex. The apartment was very well stocked with everything you needed was provided for a complete wind down. The apartment had easy access to a lovely sandy beach and outdoor swimming pool in the complex. There was a variety of local shops and supermarkets close by. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and deposit was returned promptly on our return. We would strongly recommend this.

The apartment and the complex were very well looked after. The apartment was stocked with everything you needed for a complete wind down. There was a lovely sandy beach within easy access along with an outdoor swimming pool in the complex. It was great to be able to relax in the sunny ground floor garden. There were local shops as well as 2 supermarkets close by. The apartment was near to bus routes for Cannes and Antibes. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and deposit was promptly returned. The apartment corresponded very well to the description and our expectations. It is also well equipped.Within walking distance we found a big supermarket (LeClerc) and also the public beach and restaurants. There was a lot of information in the apartment of what to visit, transports, shops, restaurants etc. The garage in the cellar is perfectly located, just by the elevator which is also close to the apartment. All in all, a nice apartment, well located for holidays.

We spent a very pleasant two weeks in July at Juan Flore. We were delighted at the owners' attention to detail: every effort had been made to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The apartment was bright, spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Particularly welcome for our children (aged 14 and 12) were the internet connection and satellite TV. The local amenities were also more than satisfactory, with a well stocked supermarket and bakery a short walk away. Motorway access was similarly convenient, ensuring easy access to the many tourist attractions along the coast. The owners, Melanie and Shay, were quick to respond to any questions we had and were very pleasant to deal with, whether by phone or email. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their apartment to our friends and family, and would be more than happy to return ourselves. It really was a home from home! Mark and Catherine Smith

The apartment was as described and more. It felt more spacious than imagined from the pictures and the terrace felt like an extension of the living area. The bed was very comfortable and great to have shutters, so not too bright in the mornings. Excellent communication with the owners and our deposit was returned promptly when we returned. They were leaving the day we arrived and they kindly provided some food and drinks as the Leclerc supermarket was shut as it was a bank holiday. One bus from the airport and it was easy to get around on buses and trains, so we did not need a car. They provide a comprehensive folder with suggestions for outings and maps of the area. However, the apartment was such a nice place with it's sunny terrace in the afternoon into the early evening that we were always keen to get back. Enjoyed taking the train to Ventimiglia and the boat trip to St. Marguerite Island and a walk around Cap d’Antibes. We thoroughly recommend this comfortable and convenient accommodation and hope to return.

We liked the apartment very well. Everything is very tastefully equipped, and the kitchen lacked nothing. The apartment has a good floor plan, the terrace is very nice. Everything in the residence is clean. In five to ten minutes walk you can reach a supermarket. The nearest bus stop to destinations Nice, Cannes and Antibes is located three minutes away. We will gladly return!

The apartment was very nice - the little garden also. And it was perfect that lavender and rosmary surrounded the area. Everything that we need to enjoy the week was there, both inside the apartment and when we spend sunny hours outside. We used the bikes, the pool, the beach, and spend some hours both in Antibes and Juan-les-Pins. The last evening we had a perfect dinner at one of the restaurants at the Marina in Golfe Juan. There is no need to rent a car as the buses and trains will tak you where you want to go. I f not - use the bikes or take a walk! We hope to be back next year.

Thank you Melanie and Shay, We had an amazing holiday at this apartment. The accomodation itself is wonderful, everything you could need for a home-from-home stay. Everything was perfect! The power-shower is amazing, and all the modern kitchen equipment made any food-preparation simple. The Sky TV and Wifi connection were brilliant, although we spent so much time exploring the area we didn't have much chance to use them, nor the games or DVD available in the living area. There's so much to do that we didn't manage to fit it all in, so we'll have to go back!!!!! There are numerous shops within five minutes walk - a large supermarket, grocers, bakers, pharmacy, McDonalds, a pizza place (which delivers) - basically everything you need to stock up the kitchen. There's a handy wheeled-trolley in the garage to take when you go shopping .... nice touch ;) The apartment is a five minute walk from the bus-stops where you can catch a bus every 15 mins. There are bus-stops right next door to the train stations at both Nice and Cannes, so it's really easy to get out and about! We barely used our vehicle on a day-to-day basis. There was no need. We were very impressed with the large underground garage, which we used to secure our Can Am Spyder trike for the week, and the range of toys/chairs/bikes in the storage area was brilliant, and perfect for family use. The pool area is very clean, and not overly busy, but we spent any free time relaxing in the private garden on the loungers. The information detailed in the Welcome Pack means that you are never stuck for tips and hints on how to make your holiday stress-free, and there's plenty of ideas of things to do locally. The first thing I will do before we head to that area of France again, is to contact Melanie & Shay to book this apartment. I would not want to stay anywhere else. We couldn't fault it! Thank you

Despite the fact that the hosts away from this place, everything perfectly organized. Modern technology. Everything works. Very useful notes on how you can spend time apart from the beach. Especially liked foray into Cayenne Forest. Thank you, Melanie! The apartment is, in my opinion, everything you need and more. Garage directly below the apartment. Go down the elevator to a floor down and find there: sun beds, umbrellas, mats, rugs, balls, equipment for snorkeling, inflatable boat, bicycles for the whole family, helmets, etc. You can spend a whole month, not bored for a minute. Besides the building itself is surrounded by lavender and rosemary bushes. All of this amazing fragrance. A terrace suite is separated from young bamboo fence and magnolia. I can go on and on, but then there would be no place for surprises. Large supermarket within 5 minutes walk. There you can find everything in order to replenish your stocks of fresh food and more. In short, I highly recommend this place to all. And maybe someday come back here again. P.S. Melanie, we did not forget to water the lemon tree :-)

Spent a week in this apartment and immediately felt at home. Everything that you need to enjoy the week is there, from snorkels and bikes to coffee machine and beach towels. Perfect for young children with the garden and patio with large canopy which keeps the apartment cool. Air con not necessary because the fans worked really well. My sister was staying in an apartment on the same complex which was more expensive and not a patch on this one. Pool is close by and well supervised with plenty of space to sunbathe. Beach a five minute walk away. Won't bother searching for another apartment when we return to Cote D Azur because this one is absolutely perfect - and the owners have been fabulous too. Most highly recommended.

Just cannot fault this apartment, the owners have put all the accesories you need right there for your use this means you can travel light. The location is very safe and secure and being ground floor gives you a garden which is a bonus for sunbathing and BBQs. The owners were very helpful and easy to deal with. We would definately reccomend this to all.

Stayed in this apartment for a week and would love to go back. Amazing apartment, beautiful complex and really central. We went to Cannes for a day trip, Monaco and Nice - all very easy to get to from this apartment. Supermarket right beside the apartment so you can eat out or have a cosy evening in. There were bikes and body boards we could use which was great. Didn't need anything - the owners thought of everything. Would definetly stay again - spotlessly clean, outdoor table for dining, great kitchen for cooking, close to shops and beachfront restaurants, close to Nice, Cannes and Monaco and lots more.

We stayed in the apartment in June 2010 for 1 week.The apartment was nice,modern,clean and really nice equipped with everything you might need! Actually you even don't need a car.A good supermarket,a beach,a swimming pool,restarants...10 min by walk to Juan-les-Pins and to Golf Juan...What else do you need?! The owners are very friendly too. For us it was a perfect place to stay! We would strongly recommened it to our friends!
