It’s an authentic familial Brazilian B&B. Very simple but Very comfortable. The rooms have air conditioning, WiFi, cable TV, mini fridge and hot shower. Breakfast is really amazing, with wonderful exotic fruits from their own garden. They have a chill out corner with a swimming pool and a smaller one for children (very family friendly). They also have many coconut trees and offer free coconuts to their guests to drink & eat (they cut it for you once you finish drinking it). Just ask them and they will be more then happy to fetch you some. The owner is very friendly and speaks some English, Italian, Spanish and little French, which is rare in this area. You won’t find many foreigners around, as the tourism is mainly local, from people living in the countryside or coming from Rio. You can park your car inside the b&b. A car is definitely recommended to visit the lagoon or different beaches close by. The village organizes lots of small events from Dec to Feb. If you like exploring and see authenticity, I would totally recommend this area. Around the B&B there is the small supermarket. There you can buy all needed food & beverage to store it in your room. The B&B doesn’t mind and even encourage guests to make themselves at home. We also have the possibility to buy some meat and make a BBQ outside by the pool or order food. I come here quite often and love this place. It’s quiet and relaxing. It’s perfect to come alone, with family or friends. Cheers and enjoy your stay
