The location is perfect! Close to the center of everything yet far enough away from the hustle. The view from our villa was spectacular. I could see the barrier reef!!!!

Kitchen could be cleaner. Counters and cabinets were slightly sticky and greasy.

The living area is airy, sunny and spacious, with a balcony looking over the small pool and ocean. The location is central, just two short blocks from the water taxi port- the island is small enough to walk to most places. Heydi was easy to reach via WhatsApp during our stay. We appreciated the water cooler!

The bedroom was a bit stuffy compared to the lovely living area, with a slight musty smell. The bed was too soft and small for two taller than average adults.

The cleaning fee and taxes were a bit of a surprise.

The only complaint I have is that the room was only cleaned once during our 10 day stay, and this was after I messaged the property manager requesting service.

our hostess Heydi was very accommodating . she arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and then again when we arrived from the water taxi and a pleasure to work with. she was always available. The unit was very clean but could use some updating. 2 bedroom-2 bathrooms- very spacious. The location was excellent. The pool was cleaned on a daily basis. The rooftop area was nice. Again very well taken care. The hot tub was warm with a beautiful view . We enjoyed the bbq facilities up there as well.

Unit 5 sits on the 3rd floor so they’re are steps to climb-

Location was perfect!! The balcony views amazing, roof top deck with hot tub we used a lot. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Sat on balcony in the evening listening to music from the Salty Crab. Fabulous!!

The king bed was way too firm and the bed pillows not comfortable. Would have liked a selection of soft and medium pillows, not all firm.

The location was perfect for our group! Close to everything and the pool was an added bonus! Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to sit out on the balcony in the evening.

The location was good and the place was spacious. Heydi, the property manager was responsive and provided good recommendations. The kitchen was stocked with pans and some basic spices, and there was coffee and tea which were really nice to start the morning. The pool was refreshing and the rooftop was a nice place to hangout. We appreciated that they acknowledged the drip leak in the kitchen, and waited to investigate the source until after we left, but I do hope they fix it soon.

There was very low water pressure, which made it hard to even take a decent shower. Also the bathroom sink had no hot water and though we notified Heydi on Thurs night, it wasn't until Sat that maintenance came by to take a look. Maybe that's just Caye time. The place is serviceable, but would benefit from a new mattress, some new kitchen towels, and to have the kitchen faucet tightened as it was quite wobbly. Some more attention to maintenance and decor would take the place from serviceable to welcoming! Be aware that "the beach" outside the unit is mossy hard-packed sand, and there is enough seagrass in the water to where it's not a good place to swim. When we were there the adjacent pier had many missing boards - hopefully that will soon be fixed... Finally, we learned after we got there that the water taxi is visible from the unit, and if you have light luggage, you don't need a golf cart taxi to reach it and can easily walk... Perhaps it is all a lesson on living in the Cayes...beatiful place, friendly people, everything else is... as it is...

Location, space Overall great place to stay Loved to art work Met Owner...nice old Chap Ocean front second floor overlooking pool 1 block from water taxi to mainland or san Pedro 2 blocks from Rena's Meat Pies,( ate them everyday) 1 block to Republic Food..lobster bites phenomenal and cant forget the jambalaya pasta WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Ants which are common, amenities not explained Check in wasnt clear however it was effortless

The location was perfect, the apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and the amenities of the building were great (pool, view, hot tub, roof)
