Our second short stay in three months. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Lovely food, comfortable rooms.

Comfort of the room and particularly the beds. Bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Pleasant garden and good outside furniture. The short walk to the town and beach was a plus
It was a downstairs room with a frosted glass window which overlooked someone else's yard - so no view at all and fairly dark.
We had one evening meal - mine was fine but my husband's steak was overcooked and tremendously tough - although we had a complementary glass of wine, I don't think it was very well dealt with. My husband is not well and was very upset by it. We left after 2 nights.

Lovely older style hotel. Comfortable and excellent location.
Only thing was the shower pressure in our room was weak.

Great location for West Bay with plenty of parking. The breakfast was excellent, served by friendly helpful staff.
There was no negatives during my stay.

I rarely leave hotel reviews, but this was a genuinely lovely place to stay. The staff really very welcoming and helpful which made the overall stay better than what the hotel offers. The room was spacious with great storage, the jacuzzi bath was a nice bonus after long coastal walks.

The hotel was fine but walking down and around West Bay harbour was not so good.

Everything went well. The staff were totally professional, courteous and unfussy. The food was excellent as were the dining facilities. Our room was spacious, airy and with a view over the rear gardens. Car parking provision is plentiful.

Electric car charger within 50 metres big plus, had a great dinner (Lamb lollipops) the prawn cocktail best ever, lovely breakfast. Very comfortable room. What’s not to like?

Overall my expectations were exceeded-I think!
The facility is well managed and very well cared for.
The breakfasts are excellent.
Their accounting system is antiquated and harks back to a different era.-which in itself may not be a bad idea-but continually being overcharged is not such a good idea.
