Las habitaciones son cómodas

Las personas de frente no son amables muy mal trato no son hospitalarias anterior me había quedado ahí y fue lo opuesto , esta vez me voy con mal sabor que llegamos Cansados por un error en la reserva estaban tratando a uno con actitud y mal humorados en vez de tratar de resolver la situación y ser más hospitalarios .ellos actuaron como si nosotros no fuéramos huéspedes sino que estuviéramos pidiendo una lismona

Size of the room

Sin duda su ubicacion es extraordinaria, y el hotel tiene encanto y personalidad. Su restaurante es mas que aceptable, en comparacion con los restaurantes del pueblo. El servicio es amable y atento aunque no muy eficaz.

En la primera habitacion no habia nevera y me cambiaron a otra en la que la caja de seguridad no funcionaba. Necesitan mejorar el check room antes de hospedar un cliente.

El personal como siempre muy amable y atento.

Entiendo que en las reservaciones de booking deben especificar el monto adicional que estar cargando en caso de que el huésped dañe algo de la habitación (hold)

Room had a great view of river and mountains. pool table was fun for kids along with pool. was great having a balcony to relax on. felt safe.

the safe did not work neither did the phone in room(but felt safe and just walked to front desk). food at restaurant for dinner was not good, however great restaurants outside in town. since no coffee maker in room would have appreciated free 24 hour access to tea and coffee. property seemed to need care, part of main balcony over river was falling apart , various patios could not be used in disrepair (not sure if a tree had recently fallen and caused damage).

Air conditioner was not working properly and rooms look outdated and not well maintained.
