The place is less crowded like hotels.

There was unclear or no instruction at all where to get the keys for the room, to whom to give the room rent, and how to set up the refrigerator. Prior to check in, I was calling their contact number, for several times, but there was no one picked up the call.

The area is nice and clean. It also equipped with complete fixtures. We liked the location being in the middle of the city.

What we didn't like during our stay was the AC was not working well. Our kids complained about it even at night. Also, the wifi was poor and not consistent that we need to use our own internet. But still, it was a nice stay for us.

Complete kitchen stuffs and toiletries and also they have cleanings materials, extra matress and comfortable bed, good wifi connection.

The host was responsive to most of the queries and allowed us to check in early. The place was clean. For a couple planning to stay for more than day it might be value for money as the place had a small kitchen (basic utensils and stove provided)

However I was traveling with a friend and since the facility listed a couch bed we we thought the place was okay for 2 person. The couch bed is not suitable for an adult to sleep in. Also extra sheets were not provided for the couch bed, so you need to ask. same for access to the pool.

the owner of the condo must not command us. her instruction to leave the door unlock and put the key on the table...also the room is not so clean and no wifi and tv channel.....i hope next time they will make it good and comfortable to the guest on that room.

I loved the security and cleaning staff there…it was nicely located not to bad of a walk to trike service for travel. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the fact that the pest control schedule was posted in the elevators. And my host was great at communicating even though I never saw them.

Unfortunately I did see a 3-4 baby roaches only in the bathroom. Getting the hot water to work was a challenge because there were no instructions. Paying for the room was a challenge as well but the host was very patient and provided instructions. Guest was very nice and for the room was still very clean and comfortable minus the “babies” in the bathroom.
