We had transfer organised by check in Portugal best thing we could have done really friendly took us for the keys and was extremely helpful would highly recommend taking this service!

The apartment was amazing. It was modern, clean, very spacious, excellent facilities and the location was perfect. The pool was great, no problems getting a sun bed and quite often we had it to ourselves.

We loved everything but if I could change anything it would be the hill we had to walk up to get to it! Not a long hill but quite steep.

3rd time staying in this complex, 2nd in this apartment. location is great, close to old town, apartment is comfortable and clean.

the pool area was definitely not kept clean this year, previous stays it was always spotless and sun beds always clean, this time the bins hadn’t been emptied the whole 10 days we were there which meant the seagulls were down at the bins and the sun beds were all covered in bird poo.

All facilities

lovely property, modern decor and well equipped. Great comms from rental company keeping in touch often and very quick to respond to queries. Towels and dishcloths changed regularly

We book apartments often and in the vast majority there is a little gratuity welcome pack provided with a few necessities eg bottles of water, a few welcome snacks etc. This would have been a nice addition to the service. Also having to go approx a 25min walk to get keys may be difficult for some, I would suggest a key security box be provided at the property. Some detergents were provided but in industrial containers and not easy to understand which were for what. We ended up buying clothes washing tablets ourselves. All of these points are minor and we didn’t raise them with the team for this reason.

Very modern and spacious apartment in a central location - definitely exceeded expectations! Hosts were very easy to get in touch with and replied quickly.

Going to the Old Town / beach from the apartment requires walking up and down a rather steep hill.
