Newly built and well appointed apartment with stunning view across Messinian Gulf . 5 min drive from a quaint village with a few bars, shops and restaurants . Sleeps 4 people comfortably We opted for no kitchen but there was a fridge and the cleaning staff kindly put 2 glasses there after noticing our empty beer bottles

The twin bed room had only 2 sockets not reachable behind the beds. The main bedroom we only saw one socket. There were 4 bedside lamps which couldn’t be plugged in. Had to move a bed to plug in my chargers A little high up on the hill accessible only via a dirt track.

Der Pool als solcher ist schön aber Liegen, Schirme und das gesamte Ambiete sind sehr schlecht. Der Pool ist auch sehr dreckig.

Die Ausstattung der Arpartments ist sehr schlecht und es wirkt so als wäre der Bau insgesamt noch nicht fertiggestellt. Überall hänge Stromkabel ohne Anschluss herum und man weiß nicht ob darüber Strom läuft. Absprachen von dem Vermieter werden nicht eingehalten, missachtet und man wird dann von der Putzfrau bedrängt die Unterkunft zu verlassen. Am ersten Tag war kein warmes Wasser in der gesamten Unterkunft vorhanden. Auf der gesamten Anlage befinden sich unmengen an Insekten, welche auch in sehr großer Zahl in der Wohnung vorkommen. Insektenschutzmittel oder Beseitigung der Insekten wurde abgelehnt. Reinigung der Unterkunft in den 5 Tagen sehr schlecht und unregelmäßig. Die Zufahrt zu der Unterkunft ist eine Katastrophe und eine Zumutung. Der Weg ist nicht ausgeschildert und man muss eine unbefestigte Straße mit extremer Steigung zu der Unterkunft befahren auch der absolut kein Platz ist zum Ausweichen. Ich würde jedem von der Unterkunft abraten und etwas empfehlen was unter anderem auch besser gelegen ist da die Umgebung wirklich nichts sehenswertes zu bieten hat. Man muss mindestens 30 Minuten bis zum nächsten Ort fahren der ansatzweise schön ist. Eine halbwegs guten und großen Supermarkt gibt es auch erst in einer Entfernung von 30 Minuten. Wer gerne selber kochen möchte sollte sich Töpfe, Pfannen, Messer und alles andere selber mitbringen, da die Küche quasi unausgestattet ist.

Superb, new apartments, with an amazing view. The room was spacious, clean and with easy access to the pool. Villas are highly recomended for small trips around the area

Only as a recomendation and since the nearest shops are available only with car, I would like to have a bottle of water uppon our arrival and also something for the mosquitos. Moreover, there is not a pool bar in order to order drinks/beverages

This place is beautiful. What a setting. Wow. Really clean with a lovely pool. I loved how each property had its own olive tree garden. The decor was lovely. Christina met us. She works hard. Lovely lady. Something I really liked was listening to the Jackals in the distance howling at night. Or the owl hooting away. Fantastic.

Just feel the road needs attention where it's warn away through heavy rainfall or through cars. We got up no problem with a little fiat 500 but took our time. I'd happily stay there again.

Cristina was very helpful and kind. The apartment has an incredible view and was quiet and very clean. The location was very good to explore the area, with an easy access to Pylos, Methoni, Caroni... our stay was just great! Thank you!
