Atmosphere, calm. Amazing staff. Very welcoming. Cannot fault at all. Have been to many hotels in the world must be in my top 5. Highly recommend

the place is really pretty and clean. staff really good specifically the reception guy (Mounir) really friendly and nice. if you're looking for a nice place for families in essouara i really advice this.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed during Ramadan, so there were very few guests. Sometimes I was the only guest at breakfast and the staff made a Moroccan breakfast just for me. They were very sweet and kind. I was actually recovering from an emergency eye operation, so was limited in what I could do.

Bathroom surfacearound the sink was badly cracked. The shower doors had large gaps, so bathroom floor was always flooded after a shower. The bar area is not particularly comfortable. I would be good to have a decent coffee maker in the hotel, rather than the basic machine. Although there are many cafes throughout Essaouira of varied quality.

Breakfast really not much to choose from, bad coffee (if the machine did work at all), slow to replenish even the scarce choice at the breakfast even with not many people using it.

close to everything, staff was great and the rooms were decently spacious. comfy

no fridges in the rooms & the showers could’ve been built differently it’s near impossible to not get shower water all over the bathroom floors luckily the room service was great & they cleaned the mess daily .

The hotel is very close to the beach and the medina . it is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable. the stuff is very welcoming and helpful they meet you with a smile and give you a professional service as well as advices and suggestions concerning activities you may enjoy. when it comes to the restaurant, I am very satisfied with the food.

Great selection at breakfast. Friendly staff. Lovely pool! Comfy beds! Good location! Bedroom decorated with rose petals.

No hair dryer. Apparently only 1 for the whole hotel and when we asked on 2 occasions it was already out.

There is no WIFI

Comfortable, though dated rooms. Essentially an old 'Ibis' hotel. Beds are good, and it's very quiet.

The swimming pool was extremely dirty.

Everything was as expected. Lovely staff and good facilities. I can recommend it.
