Stuff was friendly

The rooms are not clean, the level of cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms is poor, the furniture in the rooms is old and dilapidated, the towels are clearly old and it is not recommended to use them. The carpets are old and unclean.Room and bathroom doors are difficult to open. In general, the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen need maintenance, repairs and renovation. As for breakfast, it is preferable to have a variety of types, it was the same the whole days. The Jacuzzi was not filled with water and was not turned on.

It was in the center everything close walking distance

Wifi is not great though I dont think its the hotels fault its just bad in morroco.

Room was very clean and location was at the centre of everything. Pool was also very nice on a hot day. Great for value

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the conference venue. My mother was pleased with the size of the room, the amenities, the comfort and her room had a balcony. The staff was warm and welcoming! I was anxious of my Mom travelling alone and their quick responses assured me she was well taken cared of. Shoutout most especially to Lea, the French in the reception. She was extra kind and understanding.

The hotel should source out different drivers. We have already agreed with the price for airport pick up and transport services during my stay but one driver named Sharif (stay away from him) demanded a higher price from my Mom! He is pretty aggressive and rude. Next time, best if payments are made directly to the hotel rather than allowing your guests be ripped off by these drivers. But good that when my Mom raised this to the hotel, she was assigned to another driver.

more sun beds in a nicer condition behind pool area would of been lovely as it’s a lovely space. snack and drinks menu would of been most welcome to buy things.

Our stay at Apart hotel Amina was the most enjoyable. The staff was very kind, they complied with any request we had during our stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and location of the hotel is very good. It is located in nice area, at the same time 20-30 minutes walk to medina.

Wifi signal was at some points low. Although breakfast was delcious it could be more diverse.

We had an early flight, so we chose the apartment based on this. It was 8 mins drive from the airport. the apartment was big and clean.

the noise from the big road nearby and it should be renovated a bit.

Pleasant Apart-Hotel with breakfast, and small balcony, 25 mins walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa. Restaurant options in a shopping complex within 10 mins walk. We were not pre-informed that the swimming pool was not operational.

Good location and price, we got a nice and spacious apartment in the hotel, well equipped with kitchen and dining space too. 24h reception and a small pool is also available. Breakfast on the rooftop is a good start for a pleasant day in Marrakesh.

Lots of issues with internet; Toilet in upstairs bathroom placed directly behind a divider - sit down sideways :) No shower curtain in downstairs shower (suite is divided in 2 floors)

a bit far from square. it’s gonna be better if you have a car or bicycle. but the way to the airport is easy, you can book transfer from hotel or there are also local bus.

We had booked a room with balcony but did not get one!! Only a limited number of rooms actually have balconies.

Mentioned a Jacuzzi yet there wasn't one available,only an outdoor pool.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! the cleaners did an amazing job everyday and there was always plenty of breakfast available. we had a lovely time.

the sauna was under maintenance at the time we were there but the staff were able to accommodate for alternative options.

Staff are friendly, breakfast option was big in portion! Location is ideal with taxis around the area. We felt safe!

We had the Superior Apartment, unfortunately the beds in what seems like a makeshift room wasn't that comfortable. WI-FI connection was intermittent.

All the staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be. The location was pretty good. The breakfasts were amazing and very generous. The WiFi was decent enough. The public areas were very nice and clean. A window in the bathroom was nice.

The first studio apartment we were given was dark, dingy, the heating did not work very well (we visited in December), also, and most importantly, we were give an apartment with no terrace. The apartment listing on Booking.com said it would come with a terrace. Also the photos of the Studio Apartments on Booking.com did not at all resemble what we received. When I complained to reception, the staff member was very kind and understanding, however no studio apartments with terraces were reportedly available for us. The second studio apartment we were offered was most definitely brighter, but still no terrace as promised on Booking.com. Also the kitchen had a simple very old rusted two burner hot plate. There was no microwave oven, just a very old mini rotisserie oven that I could not feel any heat when I turned it on. The heating did work well in the second apartment. But over all the two studio apartments were given needed to gutted and updated, especially the kitchens and bathrooms. The mattress also needed to be changed. Both were very very jiggly and a bit saggy.

one reason we booked this hotel was of the hamman and sauna as advertised it had in booking.com. on the important information section it said closed certain time but that was in 2021. The lady in reception said that services closed during covid period. but it obviously has not re opened so this was disappointing these facilities should be removed from the facilities section as false information

We were given breakfast in our room at 0800am at our request. The breakfast was filling and tasted great. The staff organised an airport transfer for us at an additional cost of 200 MAD.

We got given a different room to what we booked. We didn't get a balcony. There was no shower curtain or door which left water on the floor and made quite a mess. The shower head attachment was to low on the wall and made for an uncomfortable shower. The room we stayed in didn't look like the pictures.
