it was not clean as it should have been. there were no blankets in the room.

Aside from the sweet staff, I loved that the roof is covered with solar PV panels. Harvesting energy from our sun is so important wherever we are.

There is some traffic on the street in the evenings, but I just used ear plugs and slept well. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in my room sometimes and I missed a tour - there is no cellular signal in this town.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The locations, staff is very friendly

Internet wasn’t very stable, but I guess that’s because Los Ayala’s location.

I liked the staff...Abel was friendly and responded quickly and efficiently. Liz and the other gal in reception very pleasant. I liked the location, even though not on the beach. I liked the pool and having a kitchenette.

The pots and pans were completely pitted and old, but Abel replaced them. A bus load of guests checked in and basically took over the hotel, very noisy in pool area. The parents, nor the hotel asked the children to be quieter. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, it is my second time staying here.
