This was a nightmare. We run from this hotel after one night. It is not 4* hotel, maximum 2*. Room: 1. It wasnt clean, we have there food from previous guest 2. We paid for 2 rooms or twin room, get one small room for four People 3. Forgot on usual things like Hot water, sampoo or glass of water 4. The toilet doesnt work properly 5. We had a insect in bathroom Food: 1. There was only four meal for dinner, me and also children were hungry, breakfast we purchased in supermarket 2. Taste was terrible 3. Food wasnt fresh and warm, It was totally cold 4. No covid rules were applied, People takes food for themselves from bufet without face mask or gloves, they could contaminate food, restaurant was totally full, staff didnt enforce any covid measures Hotel: 1. Bar was only in Restaurant with very limited range of drinks 2. No entertainment like table tenis, biliard or something like this We made a complain to Manager. He totally lied to us. No possibility to get money back despite we paid for 2 nights and want to leave hotel after one hour we came there. We tried more than 20 hotels in Turkey and this was the worst we ever had in every aspect.

The personal way great and very very helpful! The hotel is clean and its on a great location looking directly at the sea from one side and at the pool on another! Great food and alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks were included with our reservation. Totally recommended! 💯

There was absolutely nothing we didnt like! I just wish we could stay a little bit longer than 8 days!
