it’s a good location. very spacious. working washer, gas stove, fridge and nice balcony. the area by the pool is very large, amazing view.

The building is very big, easy to get lost. only the AC in the bedroom was working. it’s long way around going to assigned parking spots.

Big and spacious flat. Near the center and the beach. Perfect communication to the renter. It is important to pay at arrival or in advance via paypal. Flat is fully equiped with a kitchen, living room, sleeping room, bathroom and a balcony. Really very quiet. Big and nice pool at the 12 floor with seaview, also a good gym inhouse (both useable for free). A good supermarket and pharmacy right behind the building.

It is a calm apartment, you have true privacy. The swimming pool is at the same floor - very convenient for a quick splash. The apartment is equipped in a modern style, bathroom was old, but all in function. From the bedroom and the living room you have a view to the city in the north. The apartment manager provides you with good instructions about how to access the site and about what to take special care. However, you need Wifi at all times for the communication.

If you do not speak Spanish, make sure you have the phone number of the apartment manager. This is your safety when Wifi fails or other problems arise. The door guards only speak Spanish. The kitchen definitely needs a face-lifting, but all is working. A better basic kitchen equipment would be helpful for preparing your meals. Please note that the center has no in-house restaurant.

Good location on the Malecon, easy to get to colonial zone and other tourist areas. In the Malecon Center there was not much open. Host accommodated an early check in. Pool area was quite nice. Coffee shop at Catalonia hotel was also nice.

The air conditioning was not working, as the apartment is on the 12th floor it was very hot. The apartment was furnished very basic and not the most comfortable either. Linens were very basic. It was not a 4 star experience at all, maybe 2-3 stars is more applicable for this listing.
