I did not eat breakfast there! I LOVED THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH! SO LOVELY! SO MUCH BETTER THAN LOS ANGELES’ BEACHES! THE ROOM WAS GREAT! I REALLY ENJOYED THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY! THE VIEW WAS ALL LUSH, GREEN GRASS & ROLLING HILLS AND ACREGE WITH MORE CHICKENS, HORSES & COWS! I LOVE ANIMALS! THE POOLS WERE JUST AMAZING! I also ENJOYED THE HOT POOLS! THE LIVE MUSIC EACH EVENING THAT I WAS THERE WAS EXCELLENT!

Adjacent guests slamming doors! On the last & final day of my stay / visit adjacent neighbors were LOUD! SLAMMING DOORS REPEATEDLY! SPEAKING REALLY VERY LOUDLY IN THE HALLWAY DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF MY DOOR! THE SECURITY GUARD WHO RESPONDED SAID THAT HE NEVER HEARD OR SAW ANYONE IN THE HALLWAY EVENTHOUGH THE RAUCUS WAS HAPPENING AS WE SPOKE!

The food was good. I liked the location. It is hard to grip about anything when in Hawaii. The price was okay to.

Almost everything. We were totally dumped and left with what we had in regards of the room. NO SERVICE!! I will be going further into contacting the people in charge of booking this location. 😔 I have a long list of specific problems with the room. I had to edit this post and before I did I noticed the rating of this booking showed a 4. I rate this room a 2,...In relation to how it was described. It was not a condo. It had non of the amenities promised. It was far from luxurious.

The room and property were nice. The advertisement was false regarding prices.

The place cost double what it was advertised. It said there was a free shuttle - we called to schedule and they said there wasn't one. We rented a car instead, and had to pay a ton for parking, which it said was also free.

Great location and beaches. Not too crowded.

The room was dirty. We found a brown pill (probably ibuprofen) by the bed, lint around the edges of the baseboards (like no one had vacuumed well in a long time). There was only 1 tissue left in the box and we had to request more. We were there for 5 days and to have the garbage taken out or the towels refreshed was an additional $30.00 per day.

The staff was super friendly. Great beach. Great pools. I can’t complain about the amenities

I didn’t like the location and size of the room. It was very small with a view of the parking lot. I wish I could have upgraded my room.

Location is alright, but front desk was very impolite, not cooperative, and unprofessional.

The water didn't work in the room (shower, toilet and sink), it took a day to repair the water problem. The owner promised to issue a credit for the circumstances, but never followed through on her end. The furniture and amenities were damaged or out of order. Also, the rooms in the hotel belong to AirB&B, what means you can not have new towels or any housekeeping in general. It was my 6th time in Hawaii, and this one was extremely disappointing to pay such a high price for such a poor service!
