The property is located well. Lots of stuff to be enjoyed here.

Room was smelling as if it was closed for ages.. and had to keep the windows open and stinky smell did not go. Fridge was not working inspite of complaining.. staff convinced me that it is working... whats the point when it is not working. They have restaurants closed everywhere.. only option I had was to take buffet in the night... which is damn expensive and I dont eat much at night... then I had to go to Global restaurant.. food was disaster there and was damn expensive as well

Breakfast was good. The location is excellent. It is very well maintained with lovely landscaping.

The property is very big. Signage on the roads is not adequate. The approach road to our cottage was broken and we had to take an alternate route. there was no signage on the alternate road. This route was also not given on maps. So we wasted time going back and forth. However, they posted many guards n the roads to guide us. The swimming pool could be maintained better. There are so many facilities but one cannot use many of them due to the distances. The price charged for the food is a big rip-off. the staff is friendly but not so well trained. Almost 4000 per meal for 3. If you're paying 9k per cottage with taxes.

We took aussie room. We were assigned the ground room. The thumping sound from the above room was unbearable. Even if someone walks in the above room We could hear it. Also we were told at the reception that badminton(1hr) was complimentary. When we reached at the place were told its not complimentary

Courteous and very well trained staff Very elaborate and tasty breakfast buffet. The chef personally came and spoke to us for anything we need since we had our 8 months old bby with us. Spacious rooms

Pathetic service no professional people to resolve your problem like we waited more then 20min outside of room after check in as our room key wasn't working they sent new key even that was defective then they opened our room with housekeeping master key. A/c wasn't working/ fridge wasn't working/ T.v wasn't working. After complaining everything they said will send someone in 15min but we didn't got solution of problem. Within 2 hours we checked out from Aamby vally city & checked in FERN LONAVALA enjoyed our vacation

Great stay but couldnt have any memories because I dont have any good photos to look back at!. Good breakfast spread. Location was good but dont have any good pics to share because you think cell phones photos are sufficient.

I find it appaling that in a location and property that is so beautfiull and well maintaned you can't click a photo with a DSLR! I mean, in this age of social media where everyone loves selfies and good phtotos to go onto thier instagram you have arule not allowing DSLR? I can understand privacy concerns, but then, you do allow phones ? How does it make any sense to single out DSLRs? Please review your rule. So ultimately I would not have any good photos to look back at my stay and be promted to return back, making this a one time trip for my family untill this non sensical illogical rule stays.

The fridge was missing in our room from Spanish cottage.. The complimentary breakfast and the place where the breakfast setup was....big 👎

There were no street lights in the premises in the evening, even though the location was misleading on the google map it wasted 25 mins to reach your main entry gate,, kindly update your main entry location on the map.

Nothing at all. Nothing special about this place. Very ordinary, Instead of a hotel/resort they must term it as meditation ceter and promote it accordingly.

They show a fake photo of room with bath tub. There is not bath tub, but a very simple bathroom. The rooms are ordinary. Not well maintained. Service is pathetic. Very limited food menu. They don't serve alcohol with room service. They are even not maintaining proper crockery and cutlery. Plastic plates. Food is not fresh, nor is tasty. People get fooled by the expectation the brand of Amby Valley and location. But Beware, this hotel was a deception. felt cheated.
