rude and shady staff, can not understand a question. Even though they had received the payment through credit card forced me to pau gain in cash. Charged me twice and wouldn't make any effort to reconcile. Booking was done with breakfast but they did not provide the breakfast. do not go to this hotel. OYO should remove the listing.

Cooperating staff

Breakfast was included as per my booking but it was not shown in hotels booking. I had to pay for it.

Bathroom is so small that you can't even bath.

Billing issue. The front desk refused to give the bill after cash payment. They told that Credit Card facility is not available!? As per them OYO was supposed to send the online bill with GST Number of our company and theirs! I have still not received the bill and not able to file my expense statement. OYO is playing mischief and pranks since 3 days. It is terrible experience for the first time being frequent traveler. It was a blunder to book reservation thru you and OYO.
