Appartamento fronte mare, uno dei principali a Calpe, La Fosa. Partenza diretta per il lungomare. Spiaggia a 5 metri. Grande terrazza con magnifica vista sul mare. Piscina comunitaria 2 camere e capacità per 6 persone. 1 ° con letto matrimoniale per 2 persone, armadio a muro. 2 ° con due letti singoli e armadio, e 3 °, soggiorno / sala da pranzo con divano / letto per due persone di dimensioni standard. Tutti i servizi a pochi metri di distanza (supermercato, farmacia, ristoranti ...) cucina con forno, microonde, caffettiera ecc ... TV 40 "con canali spagnoli e ASTRA 19º TNT SAT, connessione privata WIFFI, PARCHEGGIO, riscaldamento 1 radiatore elettrico nella stanza 2500W. Parco naturale Peñon D`Ifach a 400m e Les Salines a 300m, un posto eccezionale per il birdwatching. La sua posizione speciale lo rende speciale per famiglie con bambini o coppie che vogliono godersi la spiaggia e le sue attività tutto il giorno.
Appartamento a 15 km da Benidorm (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura ...) e 40 km dall'aeroporto Altet (Alicante).
Nel raggio di 20 km è possibile praticare una vasta gamma di attività sportive (arrampicata, mountain bike, percorsi pedonali ecc.) E attività ricreative (vino, turismo, concerti, ecc.).
Appartamento a 15 km da Benidorm (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura ...) e 40 km dall'aeroporto Altet (Alicante).

Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, Las Salinas but most importantly right in front of the beach! We could listen to the sound of the waves in the apartment and enjoy the beautiful sunrise every day! The apartment was clean and the pictures shown were spot- on. Gabriel was great and punctual when checking us in and the last day when we left, even when we requested a very early departure. We appreciated his kind gestures of fruit on the table, wine and snacks. We will most definitely consider this rental for a future trip to Calpe!

Super clean on arrival, the host Gabriel is so accommodating and fair. The flat is as close to the sea as you can get. Probably only 10 feet away. Its so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Super comfy beds. This apartment really is incredible. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to go back.

We are just home from a lovely stay in Gabriel's apartment. Everything went smoothly. Gabriel always responded quickly to any queries we had, up to and during the visit. He personally met us at the apartment on our arrival and was in constant communications with us from the time we landed.
The location of the apartment is perfect, just a few short steps to the beach and the Promenade. We were greeted at the apartment with a bottle of wine and some welcome items such as water, fruit etc. This was a very nice touch.
We will definitely be making a return visit in the future.

Clean apartment, comfortable bed, kitchen had everything we needed. The large bowl of fruit was a lovely welcome. Excellent view and and location for both the beach, Ifach and la salina.

We marked all items 5/5 as they genuinely were. The apartment couldn't be in a better position, looking out over the beach and literally less than 5 mins from the sea. It's also very close to our favourite bars and restaurants. It's a very comfortable and well-equipped apartment too.
Gabriel couldn't have been more helpful and efficient, responding to all our messages pre- and during stay very promptly and normally within minutes! The sea is 5 mins, the pool 3 mins, the supermarket 4 mins, the row of fish restaurants 10 mins, and a fantastic snorkelling beach 10 mins too (tip: don't book a snorkelling trip - there's lots of fish just off the beach). We'll certainly be back.

Our host was very helpful on arrival walked us around the apartment and the first thing that catches your eye is the view it to die for absolutely fantastic tha apartment had every thing you needed nice clean and fresh looking lovely place to stay would recommend it to anyone you have the beach right in front of you and all shops restaurants on either side of you you did not have far to go for anything. But there is one let down the weather was so hot the apartment had ceiling fans in bedroom and one free standing in the main lounge Area but it never cool us down at all needs AIR CONDITIONING and the holiday would of been perfect thank you Gabriel you were really helpful a really good host

Séjour presque parfait
Tout est parfait, l'emplacement, l'équipement, la gentillesse de Gabriel, mais une surveillance plus renforcée devrait être faite sur la propreté (linge de literie). Gabriel a toujours répondu présent à chaque petit souci rencontré et preuve de sa gentillesse, à l'arrivée nous avions un petit cadeau de bienvenue.

L'appartement est très agréable et correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Les contacts avec la personne sur place sont excellents et agréables.
Seul point d'amélioration: l'équipement de base de la cuisine où il manque un peu de couverts.

Calpe in February
We had a very enjoyable few days. the apartment was well equipped and comfortable. We were able to visit Altea on the train, walked along the coastal path and visited Guadalest with friends who had a car. We have visited Calpe many times in the past and enjoyed our stay. Gabriel was an excellent host.

Top Lage gut Gepflegt voll Ausgestattet
Die Lage des Apartments ist Top wir konnten jeden Morgen ab 9.30 Uhr bis 12.00 Uhr unser Ausgiebiges Frühstück in der Sonne genießen mit einem tollen Meer rauschen. Ein Kleines Mango für uns sind die sehr niedrigen Betten. Toller Vermieter sehr freundlich und hlsbereit.
Die Begrüßung mit erfrischungs Getränken, tollem Obstkorb und einer Flasche Rotwein war sehr schön.

El alojamiento esta muy bien en primerisima linea de playa cerca del puerto y del peñon de todo tipo de bares y restaurantes

lo unico que podemos poner de pega es que aunque era la 1ª semana de septiembre y la temperatura era de 30º - 22 º hacia mucho calor en el apartamento y como no tiene aire acondicionado con los ventiladores no era suficiente por lo demas es para repetir gracias Gabriel

We've just had a wonderful 7 nights stay at this lovely apartment. Overlooking the beach and Calpe rock. The apartment is really comfortable and clean and contains everything you need to have a nice stay, very well located.
Gabriel the owner was extremely helpful and friendly - and made sure everything was ok. We would recommend this apartment.
If I could just make a suggestion, I'd say that an Air con would benefit a lot this property. As we were during a very hot period of the year, was very warm. Besides of that, I highly recommend this property.

Good Spot!
We've just had a wonderful 7 nights stay at this lovely apartment. Overlooking the beach and Calpe rock. The apartment is really comfortable and clean and contains everything you need to have a nice stay, very well located.

Alojamiento con muy buena ubicación, primera línea con grandes vistas. El anfitrion muy detallista. Te recibe con fruta, refrescos y una botella de vino.
Muy recomendable para pasar unos días en la playa y conocer Calpe.

Emplacement et appartement au top
L'appartement est très bien placé, en première ligne. La vue sur la mer est magnifique et on est à la plage en 3 minutes.
La résidence possède une piscine avec des chaises longues et parasols, très propre et bien entretenue.
Mention spéciale pour l'accueil de Gabriel, très disponible et gentil, merci pour les adorables attentions. La place de parking est très appréciable aussi.

Super hote dispo qui vous acceuille en VIP avec des boissons au frais! Appartement tout confort et tres bien equipe! De plus l emplacement de l appartement est ideal a 30 m de la plage, le supermarche et boulangerie sont a 50 m a peine!! La piscine vient combler le tout! Et la cerise sur le gateau ce sont les levés de soleil magnifiques! Merci Gabriel! A tres vite!

Calpe retreat
The apartment is in a beautiful spot overlooking the stunning La Fossa beach. Gabrijel was an excellent host and even waited to greet us when our flight was delayed until midnight in order to show us where to park and all around the apartment. Hope to come back again. Thank you Gabrijel

Puente de mayo increible
Hemos estado una semana en el puente de mayo (cuatro personas y una perrita) y la estancia no ha podido ser más agradable. Tanto las atenciones de Gabriel, como las instalaciones del apartamento son de 5*. Hemos pasado unos días increíbles, donde el tiempo ha sido también un potente aliado.
También agradecer a Homeaway las facilidades de todo tipo que proporciona.

Tout le confort que l'on peut souhaiter avec un accueil chaleureux de Gabriel. Boissons, fruits à l'arrivée. ...
Rien ne manquait pour passer une semaine des plus agreables. Petite supérette juste en face. Le port avec son marché de poissons et ses restaurants à deux pas . Merci à Gabriel pour son accueil.
