I took my daughter and couple of friends here for spring break and had a wonderful stay. The convenience of being directly on the beach eliminated packing and lugging food and drinks daily. It was so nice being able to have food drinks bathroom plus the condo comes with everything you need for the beach! Plenty of beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs! The kitchen is nicely stocked with plenty of items to cook. We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the beach and short walk up to watch the drum circle Sunday evening. This condo is on the trolley route which we took daily and evening. The best part is the sweet owner - she lives close by and unfortunately we locked ourselves out going to get ice cream once evening and she was there in less than 5 minutes and so kind! We will definitely book this condo again!

We had an amazing 5 weeks right on the beach. The view looking out over the beach was the best way to start every day. Everything you needed was there. Nicely decorated with high end appliances, beach towels, umbrella, chairs and beach toys. The second bedroom was perfect for our 6 and 9 year old grandsons. Deb was very responsive with questions, and we look forward to staying there again.

We loved staying in this wonderful condo. The owner was so easy to work with and responded immediately to questions. The view is out of this world. We are going to try and stay here again we loved it so much. The condo has everything you need....loved that I didn't need to bring a beach towel...Condo provides them. Also, chairs and tons of kid's toys if needed. Thanks for a relaxing and great two weeks.

Great place. Walk right out to the beach from back door. Walkable to downtown and restaurants.

My friend and I found this wonderful "diamond in the ruff" getaway. We needed special features such as a walk in shower, two bedrooms, big kitchen fully equipped, and ocean view, and it has all of this and more....and boy does it have an ocean view! ..spectacular place to watch the sunset! We would sit on the little balcony (there was room for two chairs on it when the neighbors were not there), and become mesmerized by the view of the sand, beach, people, sky and sunsets. The place is tastefully decorated giving us a real feel of the beach, perfect from our perspective. There are about 15 stairs with good railings on either side going up to the front and back doors, and the parking for one car is very convenient. There was a wedding one evening on the sand just beyond the back of the condo, so that was fun to watch, although it was very busy and loud until after midnight, but that didn't bother us. The only thing we felt needed an upgrade were the mattresses in the "kids" room; they were not comfortable for an adult to sleep on (perfect for small children), however, the place was so spectacular that it didn't bother us for the two weeks we stayed. Highly recommended!! Just simply loved it!!!

This condo was facing the Siesta Key beach and about one mile south of the public beach. The condo itself is very clean and well appointed with everything you can think of! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, beach chairs, toys. Just bring your suitcase and stop at the grocery and you will be set for a wonderful time. The only drawback is that it is on the second floor (which was stated in the description).

Your right on the beach. Grocery store, food joints, and ice cream just a few miles away. Great location!!!! Property was very clean!!! And you can rent cabana’s and lawn chairs from next door!!!

We had an awesome time at the condo. It is literally steps from the beach and the owner keeps it in spotless condition. There were also plenty of beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. Hurricane Idalia hit in the middle of our stay, and Debra was extremely accommodating with options. We ended up staying and had minimal impact. Highly recommend this for those who love going to Siesta Key beach.

This listing is very misleading- it’s on the second floor, not the first- you cannot walk right out to the beach like the listing said. There is no patio to sit on. The stairs in the back were broken so we couldn’t use them. The stairs in the front look like they’re about to fall. The fridge is broken, taped together, and incredibly annoying. The dishwasher didn’t work for the second half of our stay- unreal. The dryer vent is broken. Lots of drawer pulls/knobs are broken, some drawers don’t work right. Burn or other type of marks everywhere. The small fridge in the cabinet was overheating against the wood. The toilet seat in kids bath is broken and the shower doesn’t spray right. Cushions on footstools broken. Kitchen sink broken - only sprays and it gets everywhere. There’s algae on the ionized water spout. The can openers don’t work. The oven doesn’t close. Lamp broken in kids room. The floor is kind of gross like it’s dirty. There’s stuff everywhere, and I mean everywhere. Way way way too much stuff in that condo- drawers are full and personal pictures everywhere. There’s no room to put your toiletries in the bathrooms. The little bathroom is too small for an adult so my husband and I had to only use the other bathroom. The beds were bad. Don’t plan on coming because there’s not one single container with a lid. Oh, and the owner said if we post this review she will say we’re lying. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.

The unit is bright, clean and well set up with most everything anyone would need for their stay. Everyone enjoyed the fact that you were right on the beach. Do be aware it is a second floor unit and you must go up and down stairs to get on the beach or to your car. Thank you Debra for a wonderful week of beach and the ocean.

We just came back from a wonderful week at the condo! The owners were very responsive when we had an issue with the cooktop, they came out that night and had a technician come and look at it as soon as they could. The view and access to the private beach was AMAZING! The fact that they had beach chairs and umbrellas was even better, that way we didn’t have to rent them every day which would have been pricey. The only thing I wish was listed or included was the fact that there was no laundry detergent and minimal dish detergent available. We like to cook most meals even on vacation and definitely needed to do laundry throughout the week since there was a washer and dryer in the unit (which was great). We were able to purchase both at the store so it all worked out. We visited an aquarium that was 30mins away (Mote) and took a dolphin and drinks boat cruise (Funboat Tours) and both were so much fun! We saw dolphins almost every day at the beach and the sunsets are unbelievable! So glad we found this listing and can’t wait to come back!

This is our fourth year staying at this particular condo. Deb has been amazing every year! Always very responsive! We have been going to Casa mar for 27 years, for a week during Fourth of July. This condo has been perfect for our family, it has great space for everyone to gather at dinner, and to have coffee in the mornings while looking out onto the beach. The easy access to the beach by walking right down the stairs is perfect. Everything you need is in the condo and we always leave some extra laundry products, and sand toys for the next family. We love to add to the sea shell collection the owners already have 😁

My family of 4 stayed here and couldn’t have asked for anything better. Absolutely perfect location where I could let my kids run back to the house and watch them the entire way from the beach. All of the items that made our trip easy and feel like home were a huge plus - fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach toys & floats, washer and dryer. The condo was extremely clean. We will absolutely be staying here again! Thank you!

The location of this property is tremendous. Gorgeous views and the right amount of space for a family of 5. The kitchen is amazing and the washer and dryer were extremely helpful for our beach vacation.

Great beach front property. The condo was clean, all amenities worked great, and also had a beautiful private beach access.

Our group of 2 couples had an excellent stay, in a condo with a prime view of the beach and coast. Nice little patch of grass between the condo and the sand was well shaded in the early mornings (until about 9-10 AM), serving as a great place to enjoy a slow start with coffee or a book. Beach area is in the middle of a long stretch of condo complexes, so our beach area was private (not public) almost as far as the eye could see. This whole condo area (Midnight Pass Blvd) is entirely residential, so evenings were quiet, with the restaurants and shopping just a short FREE shuttle ride to the north or south. We went the entire week without a car and did not need one. Very pleased with the owner's responsiveness and graciousness with a couple of minor condo maintenance issues arising during our stay, as she sent repair people promptly. Not quite as responsive with a couple of general questions before and during our stay, but we're still giving her 5 of 5 stars for Communication, because she was ON IT when we needed her to be. We would be happy to rent in this area or from this Vrbo owner again.

Very nice beachfront property. Water was close, clean and so enjoyable! Specially loved the peaceful night time strolls on the beach. Easy in and out of condo. Enjoyed our week!

Have stayed before, 5/5 stars for everything, updated beautiful decor, washer and dryer!, incredible view and easy check in/out. Only drawback is need to access 15 stair metal staircase for in and out on both sides. But worth it!

I loved staying at this property. The location right on the beach was spectacular! The views of the Gulf, white sand and exceptional sunsets made for a very peaceful vacation. The condo had everything I needed and was decorated with a lot of charm. It is in a great community that includes two salt water pools that were very nice. I highly recommend this listing.

We loved the condo, beach and surrounding area. We were in town from Michigan for our niece’s wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased! We will be booking again!!

We enjoyed our week very much. The apartment is right on beautiful Crescent Beach. The views out the back are wonderful and the beach itself only steps away. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. I can't think of anything that was lacking. Management was wonderful too, even coming to our rescue one evening when we locked ourselves out! They couldn't have been nicer. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

This was our second stay in this lovely condo. It’s definitely a family favorite. Breathtaking sunsets, soft and cool sand, well-equipped kitchen and lovely decor.

This condo was fantastic- everything as described. We were happy with a fully stocked kitchen and Deb's thoughtfulness to include things that don't always come with a VRBO were much appreciated - dish & hand soap, trash bags. toiletries, etc. Siesta Key is a deep beach, but we were close enough to go back and forth many times a day. Highly recommend.

We’ve stayed at Casa Mara at least a dozen times and this is the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. The view is perfect. The place has recently been remodeled and is in great shape. Plenty of good cookware and storage space. Easy peasy. Highly recommend!

The condo and beach was beautiful, however I thought that the condo was a ground floor unit and that the water was closer as we had our mother and sister with us that have difficulty walking.

This condo was excellent. It is right on the beach with an amazing view. Very close to everything around!
