Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr vie Liebe in den Details. Also Preis/Leistung eine glatte 10. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage direkt am Waldrand. Man braucht ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt

Gibt nichts auszusetzen. Höchstens das es keine tiefen Teller gibt in der Ausstattung, das ist aber meckern auf höchstem Niveau. Alles ist ansonsten Tool durchdacht.

The flat was very nicely decorated and furnished. the Sofas was very very comfortable. The living room was very nice and also the master bed room. The cleaning lady, Manu was super nice, very helpful

1. Not suitable for tall people (>1.9 [m])! I bumped my head in the low ceiling on a daily basis. 2. The location is problematic. It is in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood at the end of a DEAD end street. The nearest store is in a 10 minute FAST walking distance in a steep downhill road - climbing back was exhausting. YOU'LL NEED A CAR FOR ANYTHING. The forest is beautiful, but there is no playground for children near by. HOWEVER, It is super close to the train station which is very good if you plan to reach TITISEE by train (6 minutes, only one stop) - but when we were there (August) it was only once an hour 3. The property does have a very nice trampoline, but the garden is poorly maintained. There was dog pooh, plastic poles thrown away, the grass was a mess and was mowed two days after we got there. 4. Internet connectivity - WAS TERRIBLE. I had reception only in the master bedroom (UNLIKE what is written in the property description), and really weak one. It got disconnected every 10 minuted due to authentication problem. I wrote to the host asking this to be fixed immediately but got the answer that this is the internet quality in this region. Well, if that is the case than you should not write that there is WIFI in the entire property, or just call a technician which will solve this (for example by adding more repeaters!!) 5. The bathroom is not renovated and is not taken care of. There is a shower stall with no place to put the soap and shampoo (and the ceiling is really low again) and no place to hang the washing head!. The corded shower head in the bath itself malfunctioned - we could use only the faucet. 6. The kitchen - Equipped with a huge dishwasher. Thats very good , thank you. However, there was a lack of kitchen utilities. No wine glasses. Only one pan. Only two HUGE food serving bowls - not suitable for a family of four. Refrigerator had NO freezer - FRUSTRATING!

Very charming very little place close to Titisee Neustadt. Nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. Very easy arrival and departure. Nice and friendly host.
