Très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux, confitures, fromages du Cantal. Pain en provenance du boulanger du coin!

The property was in a good location with a good restaurant nearby. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The furnishings in the room were cheap. The bathroom glazed, exterior door had no curtain. The room felt like a converted fire escape route as there were illuminated fire exit signs and escape steps leading down from the bathroom. Very strange! It was a bank holiday Monday when we stayed and the whole place was closed and deserted so we didn’t get to see much. That’s no fault of the hotel though.

receptionist ( owner ) very miserable guy lady at the bar great, rooms are hit and miss some good some bad, we had 3 rooms booked I had the superior room but was by far the worse, shower head doesn’t fit the holder, sower doors don’t close and very small shower.. no curtains can’t leave window open due to store room opposite.. not a nice place doesn’t represent pictures .. not good value.

The owner was very personable and checkin was smooth.Is in the heart of the old town.It was a Sunday and a lot of restaurants were closed but several were open.

Comfortable room although a little small. Nice breakfast , plenty of choice. Great situation in the centre of old town and plenty of free parking very close to hotel. Easy walk to all the facilities.

rooms rather small but ok. temperature might be chilly in the winter as there is only a small electrical heating. Wifi free but needs restart every 4 hours.

Breakfast was very good. Good coffee and patisserie. There is a truly excellent restaurant just down the road - Chez Genevieve. Worth staying here just for that.

We didn't use the hotel garage but parking in the square was OK, but a bit far from the hotel. The shower was poor, but towels were excellent
