I stayed 10 days with my family into this apartment directly on one of most beautiful beach in Menorca. The house is comfortable, Josè is very kind and helped us in any issue. If you like to weak up in the morning watching a wonderful sea, this is the right place.

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour découvrir le nord et l'est de l'île. Arenal Den Castell est un endroit magnifique (en tout cas hors saison,) et la vue sur la plage est incroyable. L'accès à celle-ci est également très rapide (quelques dizaines de mètres). L'appartement lui même est correct même s'il mériterait un rafraîchissement; il était adapté pour notre famille avec 2 ados, et nous à permis également de stocker notre matériel (paddle, coffre de toit). Le véritable plus de cette location est son emplacement privilégié.

We had a fabulous time in José's place. The location is perfect, absolutely beautiful view with bars, restaurants and shops in walking distance. We had a 3 and 5 year old with us and the apartment was perfect, kids and adult bedroom don't share a wall. Kids room secure as window is high up from outside. Balcony wall, although a bit high and blocks the view when seated, is really safe for kids. The beach was perfect, some days so calm no waves at all so really safe for kids. We used the swimming pool at blue diamond resort with purchasing a drink/food which was lovely. Covid tests sorted with ease at local clinic, although there was a queue so take a book. All in all fab place for families. Jose a great host and responded very quickly to a few small issues with had, broken fan not enough wine glasses (!). Would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Menorca.

Très bon séjour dans un lieu de rêve ! Très bien localisé. Propriétaire très attentif et à l’écoute. Toutefois, il y a quelques améliorations à apporter en termes d’équipement dans l’appartement.

Waking up with the ocean near your feet. Nice appartement, enough space for 7 people, later on we were 8. Location and host were very good. Cleare see water , Nice fish, quiet beach, Nice area with good bars and restaurants and supermarkets.

Our experience with the guest and the accommodation was very gød. The apartment is just in front of the beach. Is the perfect place for experience the island in full relax. Strongly recommend

Beautiful cozy home located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Menorca. Those who love to step outside and lie directly on the beach will certainly enjoy this property!

Die Lage des Ferienwohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Und an der Ausstattung fehlt es nichts. Leider ist die Wohnung bereits in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf eines Updates. Der Vermieter ist allerdings sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

The best holiday we have ever had. The location of the place is out of this world. You are literally on the beach all the time. The beach is very secure and there are lots of things to do for the kids. The beach is very well patrolled by the guards with one of them stationed directly opposite the balcony. We were able to let the kids play in the sea watching them from the balcony (or kids are very good swimmers) There are three supermarkets in the area with the closest one being 96 steps away (stair steps😁�) You constantly hear the sea when you are in the house. The house has got everything one needs. We cooked our meals every night and it worked very well for us. There are, of course, restraurants everywhere, starting with La Paella straight underneath the accommodation. We didn't rent a car and had all our travelling around the island organised through Arenal Cars (next to the supermarket), which we found cheaper and more relaxing than driving ourselves. We will definitely come back to this place. Jose was a brilliant host, always ready to answer any question. We felt very well looked after. Excellent experience overall.

This property is in the most perfect location! The owner José is a brilliant communicator which helps make the check-in process a 5 star experience..... Absolutely fantastic - you open up the front windows to look across the most beautiful bay & sea. One tip for future users of the this property, just be equipped for the mosquitoes and bugs, because it is so close to the sea this also brings with it the local wildlife! I highly recommend José and his property for you if you want the perfect location - you will make memories for life! The local people of Menorca are friendly and the sea is stunning.

Perfect location to discover this beautiful island. If we come back to Menorca we will contact again Jose.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en esta propiedad. El trato con los dueños ha sido desde el principio serio, rápido y ágil, sin apenas tiempo de espera cuando les preguntábamos cualquier duda. La vivienda es mucho más bonita que en las imágenes, en ellas se ve que está muy cerca del mar pero la realidad es que está en la mismísima playa, sobre la arena. En cuanto a las condiciones de la vivienda estaba todo muy limpio ( de hecho olía a recién limpiado cuando llegamos). La vivienda es muy práctica. Sencilla pero con todo lo indispensable para pasar unos días de relax junto al mar en una de las playas más bonitas de Menorca. Sin duda recomendaríamos esta vivienda a otros y nosotros esperamos no tardar mucho en repetir.

No pensábamos que podía estar tan cerca del mar, nos ha sorprendido es mejor de lo que se ve en fotos. La casa está muy cuidada y en buen estado, tuvimos un contratiempo al dar sin querer al interruptor del agua caliente en el baño y en seguida en pocas horas nos solucionaron la incidencia y volvimos a tener agua caliente, trato muy atento. No se echa en falta el aire acondicionado al estar tan cerca del mar abrimos dos ventanas opuestas y corria brisa por la casa. En la zona hay todos los servicios que se precisan pero es más económico ir a Mahón para larga estancia. A pesar de imformar en la web de posible sobrecoste por salida tardía y entrada temprana, lo solicitamos y nos hicieron las gestiones para enter nada más bajarnos del avión y poder salir algo más tarde, sin sobrecoste. Sin duda repetiremos estuvimos muy a gusto como en casa. Fernando F.

Leider hält die Wohnung nicht was sie verspricht und ist zum Teil in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Hier einige Beispiele: Wohnungstür ist verzogen und geht nur sehr schwer auf, Duschkopf fällt auseinander, Umrandung des Balkons ist so hoch, dass das Meer zu m Sitzen nicht zu sehen ist, WLAN ist NICHT vorhanden, Küchenausstattung inkl Geschirr ist verschmutzt, auf dem Besteck lag das Moskitospray, Balkonmöbel sehr schmutzig... In Summe eine Wohnung die ich auf keinen Fall erneut buchen würde.

Lovely week in menorca. The weather was not kind to us, cloudy most of the time but did not dampen our spirits as hired a car so got to see slot of island. Apartment is lovely, excellent position on beach. Has all the essential 's you need for a self catering holiday, kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, cutlery. Bath towels and linen provided. 2 showers and toilets. View from balcony is amazing, panoramic view of bay. Shop very close for everyone you need and some lovely restaurants very close by, all with open top dining with views over the bay. We would definitely return again and communication with owner Jose was excellent. Thanks Jose.

This property is in an excellent location. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and we spent the week either on the beach or admiring the wonderful view from the apartment. Shops and everything you need is closeby.

Fabulous coastal walks available to a variety of other towns and villages along the coast. The accommodation is simple but perfectly adequate for this kind of holiday.

We loved this apartment. Ive been to Arenal den Castell many times, and this holiday stood out due to the location of the apartment. So nice to hear the sea so clearly while falling asleep. The beach is perfect for children. The apartment is so close to the beach, to many excellent restaurants and supermarkets. Also, there are pools nearby if needed (Miramar snack bar for example). Jose was always quick to deal with any queries we had.

The property was clean and well presented, very comfortable and one of the best holidays we have had so far. Very peaceful. The location of the property is fantastic, with local shops and great restaurants nearby. We hired a car but you do not really need one as there is a good bus service. The beach is beautiful and safe for children, there is a lovely boardwalk along the beach and it's a real pleasure to walk along at nighttime. We would definitely recommend this holiday home to anyone and we will come back. The sound of the sea is just lovely to listen too at night. Jose the owner kept in touch and was very helpful.

We had a very good week in Menorca. Villa's location is superb! You are on the lovely sandy beach just after taking a few steps down. There are plenty of restaurant to choose from and all of them have a good service and high quality food. There are few supermarkets and you can take a bus to other locations. The villa was very clean but need a few minor improvements. Washing mashing was not working, but it's not a problem in hot weather. Overall we are very pleased with our choice.
