La nostra appartata casa privata sulla spiaggia con 4 camere da letto, immersa tra le querce secolari di Topsail Beach, NC, ha tutto il necessario per una visita rilassante e piacevole alla costa.
Ci sono 3 deliziose camere da letto ognuna con un letto matrimoniale e una quarta camera da letto per i bambini che ha due letti singoli. Ogni camera è dotata di TV con cavo e Netflix.
Due grandi ponti (uno al primo piano appartato tra le querce vive e uno al secondo piano con vista spettacolare sull'oceano) consentono ampio spazio per distendersi e mangiare, bere, leggere o semplicemente rilassarsi guardando il sole sorgere e godersi la brezza dell'oceano.
C'è una doccia esterna in stile caraibico al piano terra che è disponibile durante i mesi caldi. Una volta che ci passi sopra, ti garantiamo che non farai la doccia per il resto del tuo soggiorno.
La casa ha accesso alla spiaggia proprio dall'altra parte della strada (262 piedi), quindi letteralmente ci vogliono 1,5 minuti per raggiungere la spiaggia.
Nel complesso questo è un paradiso per gli amanti della natura. Essere immersi nelle querce vive sembra di essere in una foresta pluviale tropicale. Ti promettiamo che non rimarrai deluso.

My family and I enjoyed our quiet weekend on the beach.
This home was very comfortable and perfectly located for us.
Dallas, the host, was very responsive and helped us with a few issues/concerns.
The southern hospitality on the island was 100%!

House was very nice and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach though the steps heading down to the beach were very steep. Bathrooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable.

It was lovely to spend time with family in this relaxing home. Open floor plan in the kitchen/dining/ living room and a deck with ocean views.

Oasis Rental not
Pictures online aren’t what they appear in person. Getting to ocean and sound very easy, 1 minute walk. Rental wasn’t very clean, dirt and crumbs on floors. Vacuumed when we arrived. Advertised as 2 queens and 1 king. All queen beds, no king, not big deal. 1 towel and wash cloth per person, more towels needed in rental. Had to buy more toilet paper, none left after use. View of ocean obscured by over grown trees, definitely need trees cleaned up. Would we stay there again? Yes, wasn’t worst place to stay, but also wasn’t what was as described online.

Perfect house
It had been five years since our last vacation. We stayed 6 nights at this house and loved every minute. The house is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. It's a short walk across the street to the beach. We have two small children and they loved the house. I honestly wouldn't have changed a thing. Mr. Alford was very responsive and wonderfully accommodating.

Super close to the beach, but in serious need of upkeep
Pros: Very close to the beach. Really a super convenient location. Lot of hammocks in shade perfect for hanging out/napping. Well appointed upstairs living area, great for a whole family to hang out. Clean linens.
Cons: The upstairs queen bed has a large dip in the center. The mattress probably needed replacing years ago and is very uncomfortable. Pictures of the bedrooms are at a generous angle. They are quite tiny. I would strongly recommend not going if you have dust allergies. One of our family had to constantly take meds because of it. They've removed the filter from the a/c intake vent and it's covered in dust. The vacuum they give you to use is choked up from the dust from former tenants and wheels are broken. Walkway to beach is in disrepair and there was a "vacation killing" nail sticking out 3" that we constantly reminded the kids to watch out for. Carpet is old and worn. I wouldn't say dirty, but it didn't look super clean either. Kitchen oddly stocked (there were like a dozen knives but no cutting boards).
Personally, though it's not the worst place out there (it is very convenient to the beach and with the private access, we had lots of beach to ourselves), it's in need of serious upkeep and I would not return.

Great location
We loved our stay - the property is in a perfect location to walk right across the street to the beach. We also loved that it has a lovely private area with trees and hammocks to relax in and two decks, one full sun, one full shade. Check-in and out was super easy with the access code. Dallas was super responsive with any questions we had. Would love to stay again.

Deceiving Pictures - Uncomfortable
We had never been to Topsail & with COVID I wanted a house within budget, by description, availability & location this was perfect. Unfortunately none of us got comfortable the week we were there. We had a rainy week so that made us notice some things otherwise we might not have cared about. So here is our family's pros & cons:
Pros: Beach access, space, well equipped & privacy with the trees.
Cons: no covered upstairs/downstairs access, no covered porch, cleanliness (a really deep clean is needed), broken dining room chair, dryer didn't dry clothes, fridge froze food, uncomfortable beds, inside steps are high, downstairs bathroom hot/cold water hookup backwards, small showers and low to floor toilets.
Now all that being said, the house might be a work in process for the owners. I knew the kitchen was outdated from the pictures but all appliances were updated. And the entryway is welcoming. This is just our family's take and like I said, the rain made us see things that otherwise might not have bothered us.

House was great, loved location to beach, lots of room for all of us!!!!! Lots of room
House was great, just needed more info about operation of tv and lights. A few things were broken or didn't work..such as table umbrella, down stairs lights for grotto. We would definitely stay again, cooked every night, stocked with pans etc. Large fridge for groceries. Great open air kitchen and living room!!

Great place at the BEACH!!
We had a great family gathering plus with friends for our stay. Love the beach access, very convenient. The outdoor shower was awesome! And the privacy that the trees on the property shield noise and light but still have a great ocean view from the 3rd level deck! Lovely place!!

Great beach house!
Overall, we loved this place and topsail beach! We are definitely planning to come back and would want to stay in this house again. Beach access is right across the street and the house is comfortable and well maintained. Little improvements, like the clothes dryer working properly and all the kitchen cabinets closing properly would make it perfect. Still, having a great time at the beach is easy to do when you stay here!

Best Beach Vacay
This was our first trip to Topsail Beach and will definitely not be our last. This vacation home is beautiful and suited our family of five perfectly. The house had everything you would need for your stay and then some! Great location, just steps across the street to the beach access and beautiful views of the ocean from the second story balcony!! Very close proximity to shopping and restaurants in Surf City, but nice to have some quiet time and privacy at the house too. Can’t say enough good about our stay- hope to be back again next year😊🏖 Fantastic rental! Thanks again for having us.

Great house!
We really enjoyed our time at this beach house. The trees give it a very private feel, and make you feel like you're staying in a tree house. We usually stay in a house on the beach, but the ocean view and super short walk to the beach made up for it in such a way that we really didn't miss it. Topsail is our favorite beach in NC, and we can't wait to come back!

Mini Vacation
Absolutely awesome. No complaints. Everything you could possibly need is already there. Check in process is very simple. The owners are very easy to work with and get in touch with. The house is spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely weekend
My family stayed in Dallas’ house for the weekend and we had a great time. We love the trees in the front. Such a unique spot that’s different from other NC beaches. Super easy walk to the beach and the house had everything we needed.

Blissful
From start to finish this was our best ever vacation. Dallas is a perfect host, incredibly friendly & helpful without being too full on, perfect balance. The property is incredibly clean and beautiful decorated/furnished, super comfortable and every amenity you would need. We all loved how close to the beach we were and the privacy that the trees surrounding the property afforded us. This was a family holiday to celebrate my half century birthday and it totally delivered & more. We all agreed we’d stay here again in a heartbeat, thank you Dallas PS we absolutely love the divine eco friendly products you stock at the property and have ordered some online

Great stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chasin' Surf. The house had plenty of room, a great layout and comfy furnishings. Check-in was super easy, and Dallas was very responsive before and during our stay. We had some windy days that made the beach a bit too chilly for long stays, but we did hit the sand every day and I can't stress enough how quick and easy the walk is from the house. It's at most 90 seconds to the beach. The furniture on the top deck was great and the ocean views (and sound of the surf) were exactly what we had hoped for. And I imagine the bottom deck, with its great shade, would be a dream in the summer season -- we hadn't stayed in a house nestled in the trees before, and we loved it. A few house details: the kitchen was well stocked, all the beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels were great (nice and soft!), the fridge was ice cold, the dishwasher was quiet enough to run while we were in the living area, the TVs have Roku and and the wave photo above the staircase is incredible. We absolutely would (will!) stay here again.

Island beach retreat
We stayed at Chasin' Surf last week (4 adults, 2 kids), and had a wonderful stay. The house is shaded which helps keep it extra cool even in the hot June sun. I also loved the comfortable furniture- the beds were all extremely high quality. The house is very clean compared to other beach rentals and has a charming decor. We especially loved sitting on the upper deck at night listening to the ocean, and the outdoor stone shower. This house reminds me of an island cottage I stayed at on the side of a mountain in the US Virgin Islands many years ago! Great house, great trip.
