Fantastic well equipped apartment with lots of private outside space and had everything we needed. The apartment is in a quiet location, a very short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants so everything you need is right on the doorstep. Sandra was a great and welcoming host, making sure we had everything we needed. We would certainly book again.

The apartment was the best equipped we have ever stayed in. The owner had thought of everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Apartments never have enough hangers, but this apartment had more than any body would need on a holiday. Some people might think that hangers aren't important but its important to many women.

Nothing as far as the apartment is concerned.. The pool was too cold to swim in.. You could hear and see the planes going up but we did not find that a problem.

Plenty of outdoor space in the sun until sunset. Shade available with a sun umbrella if required. Private garden which was not overlooked - this suited us very well. Please note that to access the swimming pool you have to leave the property and enter the complex through a gate about 20m along the street.

The very slight downside of an apartment is that you can hear the neighbours talking at times!

Everything about the apartment was 5* Sandra went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was perfect

A gorgeous apartment , very comfortable with a lovely homely feel every thing is there that you need . Great large outdoor space with your own sun loungers . Sandra ( the host ) was very welcoming giving us tips on the local area . Hope to return when there are less Covid restrictions.

Fantastic apartment with a lovely, very large, private outside space which had the sun all day. Sandra was a perfect host.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, great air-conditioning, great facilities, cooking laundry etc. All the equipment that you need to cook and clean provided. Washing machine had a rapid 20min wash setting, had we known we would have brought half the clothes we packed.

Only one thing, and it didn't really bother us anyway, was that there is no direct access to the pool. Access was through a gate only 10m from the apartment. Again this not bother us as we are not poolside people anyway. But don't expect to just open your patio doors and be poolside.

The property has everything you need. And a host who is very helpful. Easy walk into restaurants. Ect.

There was nothing not to like

Our stay was truly exceptional. The apartment was perfect in everyway. Felt just like a home with so many thoughtful touches everywhere. Spotless throughout. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the latest gadgets which made eating in a joy. Several large supermarkets nearby. Washing machine very handy to cut down on the amount of luggage that you need to bring. Living room very relaxing. The bedroom was very romantic:-) and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a rental. Lovely totally private outdoor area for sunbathing and outdoor dining. The pool was sparkling clean. About 100 metre walk to the beautiful la concha beach and beachfront restaurants. La honda is much quieter and more authentic than the busier resorts such as peurto del carmen. Our host Sandra was super helpful and kind. Any time there was any question about anything she was available immediately to help. I cannot give this place enough praise. It is truly unique and exceptional.

I cannot think of a single thing that could be improved.

Spotlessly clean with all the facilities you need. Great outside space which is quiet and secluded. Within easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Ideal for a couple.
