Questo grazioso cottage coperto di viti situato a Monticello, UT è il luogo ideale per riposare dopo una lunga giornata di visite turistiche. Venite a rilassarvi sul ponte anteriore e godetevi il profumo dei fiori di glicine durante la tarda primavera e nei mesi estivi. O spostati nel cortile sul retro per fare un barbecue guardando il tramonto.
Godetevi la casa recentemente ristrutturata completa di nuovi pavimenti in legno in cucina e tutti i comfort che potrebbe essere necessario. Pu�� ospitare fino a 6 persone. Ci sono due camere da letto ciascuna con un nuovo letto matrimoniale oltre al divano letto nel soggiorno. Tutta la biancheria fornita. C'è un bagno completamente ristrutturato completo di necessità. Tutte le tue esigenze sono qui con WIFI, TV, DVD Play e altro ancora. Vieni a stare con noi e goditi il tuo tempo nel sud-est dello Utah.
Mentre ti rilassi sul ponte anteriore sull'amaca, vedrai sicuramente cinguettii insieme al cervo occasionale. Intorno alla proprietà sono alberi da frutto di stagione che si può godere durante il vostro soggiorno compresi; Mela, prugna, albicocca, mandorla, more e lamponi.

Located in Monticello, just off the highway, this property was clean, affordable, and perfect for our trip!

Loved basing in this sweet house to go into Moab, Blanding, etc. Very happy with the accommodations. Excellent having a full sized washer dryer and a grill. Very comfortable to relax on couch or porch.

We were on a road trip on our way to Zion National Parc and decided to drive through Canyons Land. So we needed a place to stay. We ended up in Monticello in the Wisteria Vine Cottage and had a wonderful stay. It was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the porch in the evening. We were also amazed by the "travel catalogue" with tips for trips in the area. Never seen something so complete! So overall we had a GREAT stay.

The house was great for our quick trip to Abajo mountains. Well appointed with a book about the area. Clean and comfortable. Love the vines over front deck. Owners were flexible, very responsive and very kind. Would stay here again when back in town!!

We enjoyed our stay @ Wisteria Cottage very much. The place is welcoming, spacious, well-equipped, and in a quiet residential area. The location is perfect for exploring the Canyonlands, Monument Valley, Arches NP, and other close-by natural attractions. We loved the place and would definitely come again if possible.

What a great place to use as a hub for hiking in the SE Utah area.
This home is the central pivot point to Arches NP, Needles section of Capital Reef NP, Mesa Verde NP, Canyon of the Ancients NM and Natural Bridges NM, along with many BLM backcountry trails as well.
The home is easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood, with ample parking right outside.
Our family loved the set-up, with a nicely stocked kitchen, with all the basic needs to make great home meals.
The bathroom was stocked well with soap, shampoo, lots of towels and good lighting. There is also a nice washer-dryer unit to use if necessary.
The owners were easy to contact when needed and by reading the house log, they are very well respected.
The local grocery, Blue Mountain Foods, has everything you'll need for food and beverage choices, along with several good eating establishments in Monticello.
Overall, this is a great jumping off spot for the area hiking trails and we would have no problems staying here again....

Wisteria Cottage
Quaint cottage with beautiful wisteria vine trellis on the front porch. There is a lot of space in the house and dishes with a few pans for cooking if you choose. The coffee pot is for brewing 12 cups and you need to bring any sugar or creamer. There is a grocery nearby but note it’s closed on Sunday as are most of the restaurants. Very nice stay here, would return!

Very comfy and cozy
Felt as if I were at home. I have the same quilts and some of the decor. Very well stocked and close to Bull Hollow Raceway to watch the grands race. Convenient location and host very accommodating and nearby. We loved it

Enjoyable and comfy
We enjoyed the property for the one night we were there on our road trip. Everything was as described and super clean. We were warm and comfortable and even got to explore a little of Monticello. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location to Canyonlands Needles Section
This rental was clean and comfortable! It was the perfect place for the four of us to stay while visiting Canyonlands! The shower was great and it was nice to have laundry facilities. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Nice, quiet, affordable cottage
Nice, quiet cottage close to all the fun in Moab ... without the Moab price. And the nicest, most attentive hosts we’ve had to date. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family
We enjoy staying here because it's clean and it has all of the necessities. Mostly it's clean. I love that! With kids I feel pretty picky that things aren't grungy and this fits the bill.

Wisteria cottage
A fabulous house . Everything needed was there . 2 great bedrooms, spotlessly clean. Great air conditioning. Lovely neighbourhood and very close to town,less them 10 minutes walking walking. We had nice meals in Peace tree and another very close to it. 30 minutes from Canyonlands and less than an hour from Arches. Owner lives close by to solve any problems and offer advice on area. Place was very comfortable (beds are amazing!). Quiet, equipped, helpful info given. Bathroom is tiny. Monticello as a town has limited options.

Great cottage
This is a comfortable cottage on a quiet street in Monticello. Great beds and good space for being together or getting away from each other.

Cold house
The first three days were very cold in the house when the outdoor temperature was 30s. The owner did not have the instruction pamphlet nor had knowledge how to program the old thermostat. I tried to override the set temp, but it went back to set temp of 50s at the set period. When we got home from hikes, the house temp was 60 degrees.

Spring break in Canyonlands
We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. We had everything we needed after hiking all day in Canyonlands. We slept in the front bedroom and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for cooking and we especially appreciated being able to do laundry. We didn’t get to see the wisteria in bloom, but we saw lovely snow flurries instead. We would love to stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time in Cozy Cottage. It was clean and had everything you would need for a quiet and cozy getaway. Our hosts were very gracious and helpful. Will come again.

Location! Location! Location!
The Wisteria Vine Cottage is the perfect location for your travels through SE Utah. We spent two nights there rather than driving the endless miles to Moab. We spent an entire day discovering the Needles section of Canyonlands and it was so nice to have such a short drive ‘home’. The ‘back’ way down Abajo Drive was the way to go. Once ‘home’ I felt like I was relaxing in my living room. So comfortable. I slept like a baby in the super comfy bed. After hiking and biking the water pressure in the hot shower was priceless. The added ability to do laundry was an added ‘luxury’. I’m only sorry we were there in cold temps and unable to enjoy the deck! We will definitely stay here again when in this part of the country.

Love thee wisteria vine Cottage Charming old fashioned very quiet at night Kim the owner wonderful person had great response to any concerned we had quiet location away from the craziness of Moab needles in the Canyonlands only 45 minutes away via the Back Mountain Way which came recommended great place to stay thank you

Wisteria Vine Cottage was the perfect base camp for our adventures in the Four Corners area. The owner was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Cozy home away from home
We loved Wisteria Vine cottage. It's location in Monticello was peaceful and convenient. The place has recently been remodeled and was immaculate. We only slept in the left side bedroom and it was outrageously comfortable! So nice to have a washer and dryer available. One of the best accommodation values in Southeast Utah. We looking forward to coming back and staying there again next vacation out west.

Fantastic place!
I had a fantastic stay at the Wisteria Cottage for three nights! The beds were comfy, the cottage was spacious and clean with all the amenities and located centrally to a number of fantastic sights in Southern Utah! Would happily stay here again on any future visits!

Cozy and Well-Located for Canyonlands
This VRBO is fantastic! My brother and I stayed here for two days to rest after hiking the Grand Canyon and to explore Canyonlands, a seriously underrated National Park. This stop was the perfect ending to our road trip and the VRBO had everything we needed - a comfortable and cute living room, nice bedrooms with great beds, and was perfectly located for our needs. Would highly recommend to others!
