The stay does not include breakfast. I think in my opinion can have better path finding. Example in the lift can indicte which floor is the swimming pool, the gym. Also have signages showing directions to go to the swimming pool or the lobby. Would be nice if the Lobby was decorated with CNY decorations so that guests can take photoes for rememberance. Security was good and the people who handled us were very friendly and professional. Overall my family enjoyed the stay there. Thank you for the services. Will consider this place in the future.

Give more access tags. We kept on having to run down to fetch our other family members because of limited tags. Better way finding and directional signages.

Our apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The swimming pool is excellent. Our host Evelyn was great, she was very responsive and met us on arrival and check out.

Apartment is next to a mosque so the call for prayer can result in an early wake up if you are a light sleeper. We had a group of 6 staying in the apartment. Beyond the 2 double beds, the extra single bed and sofa bed were quite uncomfortable for sleeping.

Facilities (inside and outside the apartment) is worth the money, the place is comfortable, literally few steps away from the beach, near to attraction hot spots and the staff were friendly.

I wasn’t informed the view is not beachfront but half beach and half the town view, which is still very very nice. Would like to come again to stay at the beachfront view!

Location is excellent.

Please install S/P trap at the kitchen sink. Without the sink trap, the apartment is full of smelly odor ( foul air came out from the sink ).

Overall is good, the check in is easy and car park bay is easy to locate ! good location , center of Batu feringgi , the room is clean .

the light sleeper might be affected by the mosque close by in the very early morning ..

Spacious

1) The host keep pushing us asking when is our time of arrival when we have informed we were not sure when as we were driving to Penang. The host still keep texting us when we are within the time period of time to check in which is between 3pm til midnight as stated in the website. In addition, when we finally met the host to collect to keys he was not happy with us saying that he is staying far from town etc. 2) We don't like to be monitored with our check in and check out time when we are having a vacation and we are not checking in and out outside the period provided. We even have to informed the time to check out and make our plan not flexible. 3) We have to pay a deposit of RM300 when we are at the property. 4) What I remember is that we booked an apartment with a seaview but what was provided was an apartment without a seaview and also right next to a mosque. 5) Location is a bit far. Unless you plan to stay in the apartment throughout your vacation, it is inconvenient to travel from town during the day.

We have to add on additional RM50 for extra 1 person even it can accomodate few more people because its spacious.

The management can't give & take

Very spacious & comfy, very clean, all facilities in good condition, very quiet & peaceful, very near to the beach. Overall we are satisfied for what we have paid

The price is quite expensive
