Siamo pronti a condividere il nostro condominio sulla spiaggia completamente rinnovato con te questa estate. Situato a circa un miglio a ovest del centro dell'OIB e del molo.
Goditi le splendide viste sull'ingresso sia dal ponte anteriore che da quello posteriore. Siamo a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Dopo esserti divertito sulla sabbia, torna a fare una nuotata nella nostra piscina comunitaria, pesca o sgattaiola via dai moli o lancia la tua barca o kayak nell'ingresso.
Gli ospiti possono utilizzare il nostro ripostiglio al piano inferiore, con 2 biciclette, sedie, ombrellone, griglia a carbone, ecc. Devi solo portare i tuoi attrezzi da pesca o kayak o noleggiarli qui all'OIB.
Usa il tuo Netflix, Amazon o altri account in quanto abbiamo Roku per l'intrattenimento in streaming.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is perfect for a family of four. Our kids loved having their own bunk room, and we loved how easy it was to get to the beach.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and updated. The kitchen was great for cooking and well equipped. Having use of the bikes, beach chairs and storage unit was a huge bonus! The beach is just a short few minute walk. The owners were great, quick to respond to any message. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the condo location and being on the first floor made loading and unloading easy. The pool was clean and close. The sunset from the dock was gorgeous. The short walk to the beach was great to haul everything without being tired out. Lot’s to do and so relaxing.

The condo was beautiful, well maintained, and clean. The location couldn’t have been any better a very short walk to the beach. The owner has thought of everything you would need for the beach .We will go back.

Very cozy condo! It was perfect for a short getaway. The condo was very clean. The complex was queit and the local neighbors were very nice. We had a short and easy walk to the beach. It was nice that they provided a wagon, chairs and umbrella. Easy communication with the owner.

The condo was charming, clean and in a great location. You can see the inlet from the balcony which was beautiful for the evening sunset. The beach was a short 3 minute walk. We appreciated the beach wagon and other equipment for hauling our beach gear. Pool was great too! Overall we had a great stay which our two kids (7 & 9).

We booked the condo as a last minute mom and daughter spring break/16th birthday celebration for my youngest daughter. Booking was crazy easy and Elaine was wonderful to work with. The condo is adorable and so close to the beach. Our only hiccup was that the roof was being worked on so parking was a small challenge. But we knew it was happening before we got there and it really didn’t effect our stay at all! I’d definitely recommend this for a family who’s looking for a nice relaxing beach trip. We’ll definitely return if we ever find ourselves in Ocean Isle Beach again!

My husband and I loved everything about our stay at this property. The space was just perfect for a weekend or an entire week! My favorite spot was the swing on the back deck! I definitely recommend this place especially since the property owner was so attentive and responsive to our questions.

What a great beach retreat! My husband and I are glad that we made the trip to this lovely, clean condo. Elaine provided all of the information which we would need before we made the trip, and she promptly responded to any questions which we had during our visit. I would definitely recommend this condo! It is a gem!

While we had to cut our trip short due to an emergency, we loved our time at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and in a great location. We plan to return in the future!

My husband and I loved staying at Elaine’s condo. It truly made us feel like we were at home. It was decorated so nicely and it was truly relaxing. The perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is going to Ocean Isle! Elaine was also so responsive with any questions I had. 10/10 property! Thank you so much Elaine for everything!

We had a wonderful extended weekend in this beautiful condo! The views are spectacular and the location is excellent. Such a quick, easy walk to the beach....the beach access is one of the few on the island that doesn't have stairs...so easy to pull your beach cart right onto the sand. The owner, Elaine, was a pleasure to deal with. We've found our new vacation spot!!

We had a great experience with this condo. It was the perfect size four myself, my spouse, and two small children. It was a very short walk to the beach. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. Having a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and boogie board to use was great. We were happy it was on the 1st level making it less steps to carry all of our belongings. The property owner was pleasant. We would be more than happy to return again.

Great property, very quite! Perfect views of the intercostal waterway. Easy walk to the beach. Owners left everything needed for the beach, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Great place for couples
Property was clean, had up-to-date furnishings and appliances. Owner was super helpful and communicative. Loved the porch swing! Access to the owner's closet with bikes and beach supplies was also very helpful.

Perfect OIB Getaway
We were looking for a small, comfy condo for a weekend wedding stay. Elaine's place did not disappoint! It is in great shape and has all of the conveniences of home. The private porch off the master that overlooks the marsh was the icing on the cake. Beautiful sunsets! The king-sized bed was quite luxurious, and access to the bikes and beach chairs was so thoughtful. The hosts were wonderful communicators and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely recommend!

I’ve rented maybe 20 different properties along the east coast, from Melbourne, FL, to Ocean Isle, NC. I’ve never given 5 stars before now. This was our first time staying on the marsh side, and we were pleasantly surprised. Last 15 years we’ve always stayed ocean front, but I don’t think we will go back to the ocean front. We absolutely loved being on the marsh side! The owners were fantastic and easy to communicate with. They checked in with us to ensure the vacation was going smoothly and to see if we had any questions. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, cozy, and a perfect location. Amazing sunsets, fun fishing, great pool for kids, close to ocean, very friendly neighbors,.. We were very impressed. We will be back!
