Si tratta di un Bungalow con 70 metri quadrati costruiti; situato in complesso di prima classe con giardini e piscina. È distribuito in due camere da letto, una doppia (con letto matrimoniale) e l'altra con due letti singoli. Ha un grande bagno. Ampio soggiorno e cucina. C'è un giardino esclusivo della casa, a 300 metri, con tavoli, sedie e lettini per prendere il sole. La casa è arredata e perfettamente equipaggiata (TV con TDT, sedie a sdraio, stoviglie, lavatrice, frigorifero, ...). La casa non ha l'aria condizionata. La casa è molto vicino alle aree comuni dell'urbanizzazione, vicino al prato con piscina ea 150 metri dal lungomare di Cap D'Artrutx. La casa si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale, ci sono solo case intorno. La spiaggia più vicina è Calan Bosch che si trova a circa 700 metri a piedi dalla casa.

The owners had forgotten to prepare the rented house, despite all the confirmation emails and exchanges with one of the owners.
They were able to get back to me about payment, but not about getting the house ready.
I had to wait more than 4 hours for the house to be ready.
They had to be called back because the bathroom floor had not been washed.
It was confirmed that the house had been cleaned, but after 5 days, the flip-flops I wore were black, with several millimeters of dust stuck to them...
All the pots and pans should be thrown in the garbage can, they're unusable, everything sticks.
The coffee pot had mold on the inside, and even boiling it in white vinegar didn't get rid of it.
The house is very pretty, it's a real shame all this time wasted and the poor quality of the service, even though all the people we spoke to were friendly.
If we hadn't called the platform, we'd have gone stupidly to the hotel, even though we tried more than 30 times to reach one of the owners, who refused to take our calls.

This place was perfect for the 2 of us. Close to the store for groceries and a short distance to the ocean for a lovely evening stroll and watch the amazing sunset! We used the pool daily and sometimes x2 a day. The x2 BBQ's that was listed was not useable as rusty and full of water. A bit of an ant problem but it was dealt with the same day. It was a treat to have our sheets changed x2 in the 4 weeks we were there and fresh towels. If there was ever a concern, Heike always answered us the same day. A bit difficult with the address finding the place but the taxi driver was able to call and things got clarified. We would definitely go back!

We had a lovely 8 days in this bungalow in April. It was very well presented and clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a selection of bars and restaurants within a 20 min walk in Cala En Bosch. There is a choice of 3 supermarkets just a 5 minute walk from the complex. By the lighthouse you can watch spectacular sunsets but it can be a little breezy. Everything in the bungalow was in working order and we enjoyed sitting in the private garden. It's a bonus that there are sun loungers too. Because it was April it was a little cool at times but a heater had been provided which we made good use of. The TV is Spanish only but we took an Amazon firestick so we could get news etc in English. The WiFi worked well throughout our stay which I know can be important to families in particular.

It was super easy checking in the house and the communication with the owner was really good. Location was perfect and clean. We would like to come back again.

Alojamiento en urbanización muy bien cuidada, acigedota, muy tranquila y con piscina maravillosa. La vivienda está genial con todo tipo de comodidades. Hemos pasado una semana en familia como para repetir!

Séjour très agréable
Nous recommandons ce logement très agréable, bien entretenu, avec un jardinet privatif, vue sur la piscine. Proche de très belles plages de l'île, mais nécessite malgré tout un véhicule. Commerces à proximité à pied. Environnement très calme en juin.
Le propriétaire, Federico est très accueillant et donne de bons conseils.

Für uns im Mai genau das Richtige
eine in der Architekur zurückhaltende Gesamtanlage, die sich im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen auf Menorca an die Umgebung anpasst. Der einzelstehende, kleine Bungalow verfügte über einen relativ großen Garten, der durch Hecken auch Sichtschutz hatte und sehr gepflegt war. Die Bäume boten ausreichend Schatten, gleichwohl gab es Sonnenplätze. Das Haus selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Es hat alles gut gepasst. Zum Glück hatten wir einen Heizkörper für die Nacht.

Entspannter Urlaub mit Schönheitsfehlern
Wir waren bereits vor 2 Jahren im selben Objekt, die Lage und die Anlage sind wirklich gut, leider ist das Haus nun doch ziemlich verwohnt, es müsste das ein oder andere gemacht werden, zumal der Preis nun innerhalb von 2 Jahren deutlich nach oben gegangen ist. Die Matratze des Doppelbetts ist für 2 Personen nicht zu empfehlen, sie ist durchgelegen und leider nicht geteilt (wenn der Partner sich bewegt, schwingt man mit), man hat das Gefühl, immer in die Mitte zu rollen. Ich bin dann ins andere Zimmer umgezogen und habe in einem der Einzelbetten geschlafen. Das war deutlich besser, allerdings sind es Kinderbetten (?), denn trotz meiner nur 175cm enden meine Füße am Bettrand unten. Die Auflagen der Sonnenliegen im Garten sind derart unansehnlich, dort legt sich niemand freiwillig drauf. Und die Erwähnung eines Grills sollte aus der Beschreibung verschwinden, das ist kein Grill, sondern ein völlig verrosteter und monatelang nie gereinigter oder benutzter (aus diesem Grund anscheinend) Kasten. Zu guter Letzt hatten wir Fliegengitter für die Fenster vermisst, denn es kamen Mücken ins Haus und wir mussten zweimal Kakerlaken abwehren.
Ansonsten ist – wie gesagt – die Anlage sehr ruhig, sauber und in guter Lage, das Umfeld in Richtung Hafen ist allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig runtergekommen, viele ehemalige im Betrieb gewesenen Objekte sind verlassen und verfallen so langsam vor sich hin.
Ein paar kleine Schalen oder Gefäße zur Aufbewahrung wären außerdem bei der Küchenausstattung empfehlenswert.

Estancia perfecta en Menorca
Muy agradecida de haber podido disfrutar de este apartamento en Menorca con todo tipo de servicios, cocina equipada, camas muy cómodas, jardín grande y con mesa en el exterior para comer o cenar, piscina comunitaria (infantil + para adultos) y cercanía a Ciutadella y a las playas más bonitas del Sur.
Se nos estropeó la nevera y el dueño nos resolvió el problema en menos de 2horas: un 10 de verdad!

Casa estupenda, en recinto vacacional de vecinos tranquilos y piscina amplia y poco frecuentada. A pocos metros del mar(no playa) para ver unas puestas de sol increíbles. Aparcamiento en la puerta, todos los enseres de cocina, secador...Encantados con la casa y la atención de Federico

- Haus liegt direkt in Richtung Gemeinschaftspool, ist aber durch Bewuchs im Garten nicht komplette einsehbar
- Pool war leider nicht mehr top gereinigt (im Oktober) - kleine Abzüge in der Bewertung

The villa is very nice, with a little garden which is safe for children, the swimming pool is very close. The villa is in a nice quiet residential area, easy access to other resorts. The villa itself could have done with more mugs and glasses which would have been helpful, details say basic soaps, but all we had was dishwasher tablets. Overall a nice holiday

Sehr schönes Apartement in ruhiger Umgebung
Uns hat das Apartement und der Service sehr gut gefallen. Es war zwar – leider – sehr kalt für Anfang Mai, aber da bietet ja Menorca genug Möglichkeiten, sich viele interessante Sachen anzuschauen. Die Anlage liegt wirklich sehr ruhig, weit weg von der zu Fuß gut erreichbaren, aber deutlich touristischeren Anlage um die Cala en Bosc. Das Apartement ist gut ausgestattet, war sehr sauber und der Service sehr zuverlässig. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wohlfühlhaus mit hervorragender Ausstattung und Betreuung.
Ein gut ausgestattetes, ruhiges Ferienhaus, das möglicherweise anhand des zentralen Pools im Sommer lauter sein könnte. Der betreuende Agent, Antonio, spricht exzellentes Deutsch und handelt bei Problemen schnell und effektiv. Wir würden das Haus zu dieser Jahreszeit immer wieder buchen.

Sin duda repetiremos
La urbanización es muy tranquila, en un entorno privilegiado. La casa es muy coqueta, no le falta detalle, y está muy completa.
La localización facilita mucho poder moverte en cortas distancias a las mejores calas del sur.
La atención de los propietarios y del personal encargado de cuidar nuestra estancia no puede ser mejor, nos sentimos como en casa.
Gracias por todo, sin duda nos veremos pronto.

Sin duda para repetir
Una urbanización tranquila, con un entorno privilegiado. La casa no puede ser mejor, no le falta detalle, muy coqueta, y disfrutamos de una estancia perfecta, la atención de los propietarios y del personal encargado de nuestra estancia muy amable, no tenemos queja alguna. Sin duda repetiremos, es una isla que te atrae, y si podemos acudiremos al mismo lugar.
