Great location and friendliness of the staff who did utmost to sort out a problem with the private bathroom. We were placed in a different room for our first night at a much reduced rate due to problem with bath.

Incredibly noicy location on the big party street combined with no aircondition made sure we didn't close an eye all night. The staff was the rudest we met on our trip through Spain, and we mostly felt like an inconvenience to them. The room wasn't ready even though we arrived well after check-in time. It was clean, but tiny and because Otano also houses a restaurant, the entire hall smelled of food - they dont serve breakfast though, and will get very offended if you're stupid enough to ask. I would'nt recommend to anyone!!

Really central location beside the square. Super tapas bar at street level, great restaurant on first floor. Located in main food & drink area.

No air conditioning. Very noisy as street is full of bars & restaurants, although balcony doors in bedrooms are very well sound proofed.

The Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor on the 4th floor - non- existent, really.

Bedroom was clean and adequate.

The size of the room/ bathroom just a little too small for comfort. Noise level resulted in a bad nights sleep for us both.

It was v central, near to lots of pincho bars (& therefore a bit noisy). There was a luncheon restaurant on site.

As described, this hotel is a very short walk from the centre off Pamplona. The public, underground parking is very convenient and reasonably priced (12EU over night). The hotel is within a building with a great restaurant & an excellent downstairs cafe. Rooms are basic, with a very small shower room, that were acceptable given the price.

We had two rooms facing out onto the pedestrian thoroughfare, a nightclub was playing music very, very (VERY!) loudly until about 2:00am (Thursday night/Friday morning)). It is not the fault of the hotel, but you need to be aware that you might have badly disturbed sleep.
