Echoing the majority of other reviews - this place is a little bit of a paradise. The hotel is modern and sleek with big, spacious rooms. the food is incredible and the Asian restaurant in particular is amazing. Additionally, the staff are there to spoil you and will treat you attentively throughout your stay. Worth every penny, an amazing place for an indulgent holiday.

Had to remind a few times about refilling bathroom amenities - eventually done so not a huge problem.

This has been by far our best hotel experience to date - and we have stayed in many 5* All Inclusive resorts. We cannot recommend enough! The resort is stunning and spotlessly clean, in a great location and finished to the highest of standards. Truly a luxurious and relaxing experience, with an unmatched all inclusive offering. The hotel is perfectly clean, with great facilities, restaurants and food/snack options. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating at all times throughout our stay. The resort is amazing and the quality and variety of the food is incomparable. This all inclusive has an elegant touch, with everyone reassuring you, that you are welcome to each and drink as much as you please, and that it is never any hassle, they have many choices of food and drink and a onsite crepe shop, health food bar and coffee shop that are all included in the all inclusive offering. Even at the pool side, there is a waiter happy to take your drink requests from your sun-lounger and bring them right over to you. We were treated like royalty from start to finish, even being reassured after check-out that we are guests until the moment we leave and were welcome to continue to eat, drink and use all facilities until our transfer. Absolutely every member of staff was high energy, friendly and welcoming no matter where you are from. Special Thank You’s to Tasos at the pool, he was so happy to get us drinks and always had a friendly joke and smile and made us feel welcome to order as we wished and never made it seem like a chore to help us, he really adds to the tranquility of the pool environment, when he notices you may need water he brings some over right away which is a lovely touch - we hope he is here when we return! Also Valerios in the Asian restaurant who is funny, friendly and attentive and a true asset to the resort.

The only tiny downside to the whole stay (everything else was absolutely perfect) was the spa - which we understand is managed externally to the hotel. The facilities are not great and we found the two main colleagues to be unfriendly and pressure us a lot to chose a treatment on the spot without being transparent with available times, treatment options or prices. When we chose not to go ahead with a treatment (as the ones they did tell us about were very overpriced) we found their energy to have changed dramatically when we would ask for towels or see them by the pool or at breakfast. It would be much better if the spa facilities were expanded to include a sauna, steam room and a heated jacuzzi. Also if there was a treatment menu available to guests to view (they only have one behind reception and do not let you take it) and if prices were also available to view so that guests could see what they wanted and then check availability. Other than the spa, we can’t fault a single thing, the friendliness of staff, atmosphere, food was all perfect.

Resort is very new and tastefully decorated. Staff are super friendly, we had a laugh with one of the front desk guys when booking the tennis courts (they have two surfaces!). All staff were smiling and friendly. Really nice room with sea view. The food is incredible. Asian and Greek restaurants our favorites. Great coffee area with healthy snacks during day. Excellent live music. You have a lot of space. We spent lots of time at beach area. Gym is excellent and we did a fun hatha yoga class. Do yourself a favor and book here to totally destress. I hope to go back one day!

The Resort is very large and we had a room with a sharing pool which is a must because it allows you to get a morning tan in the privacy of your own room. the Food is outstanding here even at the buffet but the real stars are the Italian and Greek restaurants all the food we had was 5 star dining and the presentation was beautiful

The resort felt slightly understaffed, especially considering how many people this resort can host at once. the Beach is very rocky and not really something you want to walk around barefoot on. The towel cards are beyond annoying considering you may want 2-3 towels person and the provide you with 1 per guest.

This is a really classy hotel. The food, facilities and staff were all absolutely fantastic. I can't think of a single thing wrong with it. Things I liked most were (a) The huge choice of places to eat and (b) the swimming pool right outside the window. Everything was included. There was live music. Just really an excellent experience.

amazing hotel fantastic pools outside rooms and larger pools to use staff were fantastic and made our stay worthwhile evening entertainment was superb and varied cuisine is of a very high standard and great variety can’t recommend this resort highly enough and we will be back soon

The pools could have been warm. Coming from England it's an important part of the holiday.

the Asian restraint was pleasant for food. I’m not sure if this was because everything else was so bad though. I had an awful experience with food though on the second night I was served raw chicken in the Greek restaurant which made me ill for 48 hours. the rest of the hotel is very hit and miss for food. I’m so glad to be home eating normal food. there coffee was nice though

as I said the food. the staff were not helpful. they sort of intruded your space always really nice and then when you didn’t tip them for serving you a lemonade they gave you a dirty look. I did tip people but you can’t tip every single person who serves you. just didn’t give you a great feeling. almost bad for ordering sometimes.

Very big hotel with plenty of sun beds, we would arrive at the pool around 11am and there would be lots of space. Staff were amazing, especially around the pool area. The blonde lady and John at the Spa were amazing! Shop on site with all essentials and snacks. Buffet food was lovely and the options were different everyday

The hotel is amazing and this wasn’t a massive issue as we was able to eat at the buffet restaurant the first 2 nights, however you can’t get access to the app until check in. You can then reserve a table at the 3 restaurants, but only 3 days in advance, unfortunately because of this all the restaurants were full for first 2 days but buffet food was just as nice!

Our stay in this hotel complex seemed like being in paradise.Everything :Room ,facilities, restaurants were 5 star .The staff very professional and polite.Certailny the best resort we have ever stayed in.

lovely staff, very welcoming. Food was amazing especially in the restaurant, very relaxing and lux. very spacious and not over crowded.

entertainment was poor quality compared to other all inclusive hotels we have stayed at.
